Came through the drivethru and they messed up my tea for a coffee, not only that but when i came back and exchanged the coffee i didnt check the rest of my order that was also messed up. At least i got a food item i guess

In Melfort this is the Tim Hortons, no better or worse than any other Tim Hortons. However, McDonald's across the street is horrible. Do not go there you will be disappointed a majority of the time that you dine there.

We had stopped ordering from this location after a few bad experiences, but we grabbed a coffee and a French vanilla around 10pm the other day - everything was excellent. Best Tim's coffee we've had in ages, and the FV was exactly how it should be. Service was fast and pleasant, too. We'll definitely be back.
ETA: that didn't last long! Went last night and grabbed a 20 pack of Timbits - the entire box was WET and the doughnuts were soggy. Drinks were still good, but come on, guys. How does that even happen? Even our dog wouldn't touch one. Won't be back again. So gross.

You either like Tim Horton's or you don't bottomline. Always responsive service and customer is not always right! Having good security (Pinnacle Protection Services) at two Tim Horton's locations in the city makes for a better atmosphere.

I was really upset that the woman worker at the till didnāt even offer to scan my Tim Hortonās App at the till!! ? Now I missed out on points because you canāt go back & scan after you pay! Also, the coffee was only lukewarm so we were disappointed ā¹ļø
