There may be a big line up in the drive thru, but they are very quick at getting orders out. I've never had to sit around and wait longer than a minute or two.

This was honestly unacceptable. The Veg Cilantro Wrap I got looked like it was thrown together with zero effort — just dry rice and beans, no veggies, no sauce, nothing. It’s clear the staff didn’t bother to follow the recipe or check what they were serving. The wrap was cold, tasteless, and sloppily wrapped. If employees can’t take a minute to make food properly, it completely ruins the customer experience. Tim Hortons really needs to train their staff better and take quality control seriously. Totally waste of money.

I usually enjoy coming to Tim Hortons, but I had a disappointing experience with one of the staff members during my recent visit. There was a white female worker who appeared dismissive and ignored customers, including myself. Her attitude came across as unprofessional and somewhat discriminatory, which made the experience uncomfortable.

I went through the drive through, after being on the road for a few hours. I ordered the egg bites, but I didn’t realize that they stopped serving them in the evening. However, the Tim’s staff made some for me! I really appreciated it because it’s the only gluten-free **food** item I can have from this restaurant- especially when I’m on the go. The staff were so so kind, & I’d come through again- but at the correct time! I’d 100% recommend this spot for their kindness & yummy food.
