Pizza is great at this location of Triffons. Would definitely recommend everyone to give it a try once.

Trifons Pizza & Lux Lounge, Melfort in the Melfort Mall for lunch was a BIG MISS
This place is so hit and miss but I believe in second chances and Melfort lacks good places to eat. My fav lunch place is closed right now but the lunch menu Trifon’s posted online on Sept 23rd, 2024 pulled me in.
Well we get there and their menu looked NOTHING like the one online ?♀️ so that kind of dampened any expectations from the start. The lunch menu online looks so good and has a steak sandwich on it but the menu they gave us is the one with all of the Sharpie Marks ?♀️. They look nothing alike!
We did not order fountain drinks because we did one other time and their fountain machine was not working well (honest issue) but after sending them back 2 or 3 times they were still horrible and they refused to take them off the bill even though they KNEW the machine was having issues.
Went with the Chicken Bacon Ranch Wrap with Fries (for my husband who had the wing special) and the starter Greek salad.
Salad was okay. Not a lot of flavour but had lots of dressing and a bunch of gross, old, discoloured cucumbers. They said they were garden cucumbers but I’ve had many garden cucumbers that were green. These looked like an old pickle. I left them all in the bowl minus the one I tried.
Chicken Bacon Ranch Wrap Mayo instead of ranch I forgot to ask for no cheese ?♀️ Chicken tasted old and dry- big turn off Bacon was some sort of bacon bits and not even pieces or slices of bacon so that sucked because I love bacon.
I realize it’s a chain and you can only expect so much, so for the $15.75 price I guess that’s what you can expect.
The server was really nice but that was probably only the good thing about the meal.

Ordered from here today, I got the buffalo chicken burger, and the wife got a tezeiky chicken sub, both with fries, the server was very friendly, we picked up our good and it was hot and fresh. Very well put together, probably the best chicken burger I've ever had. My wife said he meal was delicious too, the price for both meals was around 35$ plus tip. Very reasonable. I will definitely go back next time I'm in the area. Highly recommend

One thing about any restaurant is it's quality, pricing and consistency. I have eaten pies from here on three different occasions this week. The pies were all the same and they were all delivered to the table or door looking exactly the same and tasting the same - wonderful! The crusts were crispy but not greasy. The tomato sauce tasted like it was from canned tomatoes but not San Marzano; however, for a chain in the middle of nowhere Saskatchewan I wouldn't expect to see San Marzano tomatoes and their choice turns out to be very tasty. Also with the meats, you don't see select cuts of Genoa Salami or Prosciutto, but they do have fine quality meats. ie the ham is like a nice Country ham and not the watery "Cooked Ham' you buy for cheap in the grocery store. When you ask for mushrooms, there aren't just one or two nicely decorating the top fashionably, you get a nice layer of mushrooms that helps hold the meats and other toppings nicely to the crispy crust. And all for a reasonable price. A medium #2 + ham at the table comes to around $25 including taxes and delivered about $30.00 taxes included. Compared to the alternatives I find this s a much better deal for a better quality pizza.
