I don't know what's happened over the last few months, but quality has gone straight downhill. When I do get what I order, it's burnt or undercooked. The rest of the time it's a roll of the dice to see what's in the bag vs what I asked for. Order chicken nuggets, get spicy strips. Order chicken burger, get double beef. Ask for bacon added, get a burger with only bacon. So frustrating, because until recently this was the most reliable fast food in town.

Was in here about 6 weeks ago. When I was leaving after talking work to the manager i slipped on the super wet floor. Although I was injured I took off embarrassed. As you can see I got a huge bruise. The wet sign was marked around the corner and there was a ton of water on the floor that was unnoticed as it was hidden behind the booths. No one helped me up or seemed to care. Im really disappointed in the humanity shown here and probably will not return.
