We are not happy with your service we spent 60$on 4 double big mac and 3 cheese burger 2 fries 2 drinks and you only got the 2 drinks right an fries always going to be like that wrong order we got a quarter porndder chicken burger 20 nuggets and to wraps and it was to late we where at home by time we checked 45min away

Is Melville location is incredible. It's only been open a couple years and they are extremely organized, the staff work well as a team, every time I order here whether it be on the kiosk, at the drive-thru, or at the front counter my order is always prepared fresh & quick and hand it over to me with a smile! This is a great McDonald's to go to.

Horrible store. Always slow usually 20 to 30 mins to get your food. Drive Thur is fast they definitely prioritize only worrying about the drive thru time not the people eating in.

The drive through was so slow. This was at 8:30am We managed to back out and go inside. All we wanted was 2 coffee. 1 black and 1 with cream. Honestly we got 1 black and 1 with 1 cream. Unfortunately the coffee for both were probably a drip through without renewing the filter with a new packaging of coffee. It was flavourless water. Disgusting!

We arrived at 10:30 this evening (January 13th, 2025) and the doors were locked and the drive thru was closed. Business hours indicate that they are open until 12AM every day of the week. Not true apparently. Tried phoning but nobody answered.
