Horrible store. Always slow usually 20 to 30 mins to get your food. Drive Thur is fast they definitely prioritize only worrying about the drive thru time not the people eating in.

The drive through was so slow. This was at 8:30am We managed to back out and go inside. All we wanted was 2 coffee. 1 black and 1 with cream. Honestly we got 1 black and 1 with 1 cream. Unfortunately the coffee for both were probably a drip through without renewing the filter with a new packaging of coffee. It was flavourless water. Disgusting!

We arrived at 10:30 this evening (January 13th, 2025) and the doors were locked and the drive thru was closed. Business hours indicate that they are open until 12AM every day of the week. Not true apparently. Tried phoning but nobody answered.

Is it just me or did the filet-o-fish shrink or what. They used to be 4.65 and now that the government axed the taxes I paid 6.79 each and no tax. Thanks McDonalds I know where not to go next time!🍔
Asked for a sausage, egg, bacon wrap... new item 14 on their menu. Clerk confused and said I could get an egg and sausage and add bacon, I said it's right there on the menu board. And she still couldn't get it right. Somehow I ended up with a sausage and egg mcmuffin with bacon. At the time, there was just two customers in the store.

This is our 3rd time at this location and the 3rd time my son was shorted chicken nuggets (8 instead of 10 this time. Normally it’s 5 instead of 6) and my burger was horribly slapped together and they missed my request for “extra pickles and onions”… I called and spoke to the manager and she just said “tell them next time you’re here and ask for 6 nuggets” didn’t ask for my info, nothing and certainly not an apology.
This was also a very slow time.
Very very disappointed.

a Mcdonalds closed at 12am? I don’t think i’ve ever seen a Mcdoanlds that isn’t open 24hr. But also, if you’re going to be closed turn of your damn lights, drive thru screens and/or put pilons at the drive thru. I shouldn’t have to sit there wasting time expecting service at an establishment that is supposed to be open 24hrs.

I had a very nice family dinner, trying to enjoy my mcgangbang, and my JUNIOR MCCHICKEN had no chicken, cmon that’s the main part of the meal and I didn’t get it, was very upset, then I went to the front, WHILE my family is eating and it took a solid 20 minutes. My kids finished their meal before I got my replacement JUNIOR MCCHICKEN. Cmon guys.
