Wouldn't even waste your time trying to go to this place. Tried to go inside and order a coffee. There is still cars in the parking lot, as I was walking up, you could see the staff member running to go lock the doors. It was 20 minutes before the inside diner closes for the evening! Not happy at all! Especially since I wasn't in a small vehicle to go through drive through! Could understand if it was 5 minutes early, but 20 minutes, UNACCEPTABLE!

I am tired of getting told off by your staff.
Harry was the worst of them all and the little female manager just sat there while he yelled at me because he can NEVER understand my order. My order is an ice Capp without cream. ANY TIME “Harry” is working I get an iced coffee…. With cream….
I’m sure it’s fine for a once in awhile pop in but the ignorance of the current staff makes 1/5 experiences good. I’ve started having to actually record my order as I take it so I have video proof when the staff yells about “not making a mistake”….

I don't feel when you order a dozen donuts automatically a plain donut is put in the pack. I don't pay for unglazed this should be a choice.
I have been working in the Melville area and have been to the Tim Hortons there multiple times. Food and coffee was always fresh and good. The staff were very friendly and provided great service. If you’re ever in the Melville area, I recommend stopping in

This is the worst Tim Hortons I have been to. Can't mix honey in my coffee in drive through they expect me to mix it in my coffee as I drive. Poor service. And poor attitude.

I went to the drive through to get someting from timmies . The worker started to raise their voice at me when I didn't answer right away because I was trying to decide what to have . After that I was like this isent what I need so I just left.

It's a reasonably clean Tim Hortons. The drive through lane exits into parking with no concrete borders so watch out for drivers who haven't had their morning coffee yet.
