Ordered two pizzas over the phone for pickup... Got home and one of the pizzas we ordered was the wrong toppings. Called and even though they corrected it, and let us keep the wrong one as well, one of the three pizzas were bit fully cooked. It was still full dough in between the toppings and crust. That pizza we threw out. But the remaining two seemed to be cooked fine ..... Until later in the evening when my entire family got horrificky sick. We know it was the pizza, as we had not felt sick prior to eating said pizzas. Do not eat here.

Had a great experience at Western Pizza in Melville this evening. Our all dressed pizza was THICC, fast, hot, with friendly service at pick-up. Also came with two cans of pop! For 44$ you can’t complain.

Friendly, quiet, and decently decorated. The food was rather good, you differently get what you paid for. The poutines may look small but they are not. Very filling.

Bathrooms need major upgrade, gross and disgusting. Flies everywhere, as kitchen staff have to keep back door open, as it is too hot for them. Screen door would be ideal, or air conditioner. So customers need to kill the flies. Flies landing on the food, etc… If health inspector came in, it would be definitely shut down. There are other issues, but staff is limited, and have expressed concerns to owner, who does nothing. We are regulars, and have seen these issues not being addressed, time and time again.

We have never had an issue with the food at this restaurant. The pizza is always so good and we love the fish & chips.
My only complaint would be that I tried to order pizza for delivery last week at 11:40 and was told I couldn’t place the order because the delivery driver wasn’t there until noon. When I asked if we could not just place the order and have it delivered when they arrive as it was 20 mins I was met with a “uhhh. Yep… I guess so.” In an annoyed tone.
I just hung up the phone. I’m glad we gave it another chance today. It was perfect. The only issue today is the delivery driver talking on his phone while taking our payment.
Menus are outdated online, and in the past 3 years the food portions have gotten smaller, price has increased and the quality has went down. This restaurant used to have a good environment to go to, and it feels like we are inconveniencing them when we go there.

The fries. I cannot tell you how much we love the fries here. Definitely recommend their burgers and pizza as well. Its not fast food, it's a sit down restaurant. The prices and portion sizes are fair with today's economy.
