I ordered a pizza for pick up they screwed up the order and took for ever to get something to make up the difference and I told them 3 times. HORRIBLE SERVICE and DIRTY BATHROOMS and no toilet paper in 2 of the stalls. I would not recommend this place to anyone ? I'm very disappointed and dissatisfied.

I really hate giving bad reviews but I hate bad service even worse. On this night they didn’t have turkey or any beef but they had burgers !?The server did not bring us our soups - she came by a few times and apologized and said she was getting them. When we paid for food we asked for a discount as we didn’t get the soup and she made a whole pile of excuses and then said that the soup was complimentary anyways. So we asked for our soup in a take out container. No tip for you!

If you want the chicken fettuccine alfredo, you better order 2-3 of them at $17.95 each. Unbelievably small portions of noodles. Left the restaurant still hungry. They refused to do anything about it so I would not recommend going to this restaurant. Absolute rip off.

Frozen pizza half cooked then put onto a large thick cold plate. The average frozen pizza from the frozen section of a store would have been as good or better.Server came a total of 4 times to our table. Once with menu, once to get order, brought salad and coffee/pop then brought main corse. 2 wait staff working and total of 2 tables counting us with 2 people per table. At 7 pm. Don’t risk using wash rooms. Been a trucker for years and seen poor washrooms. These are in the top 20 for bad.Server took 20% off bill I just wanted to pay and leave. Didn’t care about price not going back.

The service is just plain awful. They charge waaaay too much for most everything , they don’t update their menu and just tell you what you’re going to pay and they refused to honor the prices advertised. We had heard this in the community but thought it couldn’t be. But it is true. The food isn’t even that good. FALSE advertising. We will not even remember they exist it was such a bad experience. BTW: this wasn’t our first time to patron this establishment. We thought our first time was just a bad day. It wasn’t a one off.

have only attended twice, first time we ordered steak, and grill cheese for my son, waited nearly an hour, and the food arrived COLD it was not busy when we arrived, plate was dirty that my tea cup was served on and there was a hair on the plate maybe 1 other customer was there who had already been served. Steak wasnt cooked how asked, fries were ice cold, my sons grill cheese was cold, everything that arrived to our table was cold when it was suppossed to be hot,waitress appologized immensley and offered us new meals, which we declined, unfortunetly we had to go because we had already waited an hour and couldnt wait again, swore we would never go back we were not charged for our mealswent back in july, waitress recognized us and we immediately heard her say something to the cooksthis time around our food was served hot, our orders correct, and our dishes clean.have ordered pizza a few times, its hit or miss, its either a bit over cooked, or so soggy that its falling apart and you cant eat it.used to love this place growing up, and i hope they can figure out whats going on and correct the issues and concerns customers are expressing

I was given a plate that was not cleaned at all. It had a coffee stain and a bunch of what looked like grease on it. When i asked for another plate the waitress, Jackie brought me another plate and said “oh yeah inspect the clean one, my god?” it was a terrible experience and the food was average. Do not come here. I’d give 0 stars if I could.
