Stopped by the Main Street location this evening around 9:30pm and went thru the drive thru. The man who served me was very polite and nice to deal with, good service is very important! I ordered the “Rooty’s Birthday Bundle” and the food was excellent. That old A&W taste we all know and love. I have been eating at this restaurant since I was a child in the 80’s-90’s and can’t recall ever having a bad experience.

Fast food has taken a dive in service. Not only here but in general. The service was okay but one of my biggest pet peeves is leaving and not having all of my order. Fast food isn't cheap so when I left and didn't realize 100km later that I didn't get my chocolate milk, I was extremely disappointed. I don't frequent this particular a&w as we were passing through. What a huge let down 👎

Onion rings were cold and half seasoned and didn't have the paper insert in the tray so crums go everywhere and they had the air conditioning cranked and it was freezing in there, this place went downhill with the new owners

This should be the bemchmark for A&w . Quite the opposite of tge super gross food i had at Cranbrook, sparwood and Beaumont Alberta locations. The food didnt have rancit flavour nor was i plaqued by flies like other locations that leave their rear door open . .Those other locations turned me off from a and w . Its really hit and miss with this franchise. Drayton valley location gave me under cooled saugages too .
