“Always a friendly atmosphere, great food and the owners are super nice. The staff and owners treat us like family and even adore our newest addition. Kevin and Monica have taken our baby (after asking that it’s okay of course and as they are one of the nicest people of course we let them,) and hold her while we eat so we can both eat. “I stopped in for lunch and saw they had the new Arch Burger. I was told it had a sauce similar to Big Mac sauce, I was hoping for something with some heat. I ask the man at the till if I could have the habanero sauce from their spicy chicken instead of the Arch Sauce. He said he wasn’t sure and was clicking the keys on his terminal so many times I thought maybe he was writing a review of me asking for weird stuff. He eventually said yes but I’ll have to pay $1 extra for a small container of chicken nugget sauce. I said yes, no problem.
I got the burger and I was shocked, it looked just like one you might see on TV or in a magazine. It was nice a warm and freshly made, since it was mid afternoon there was not much of a crowd at the time. The seating was very clean as well as the bathrooms which I used as well. In the past I have also ordered a Big Mac the same way and it was also good. This burger was bigger than a Big Mac as I believe they use two quarter pound patties and not the smaller one that are used in the Big Mac. I have ordered it a few times now. One with the habanero sauce and one without. Definitely if you like a bit of heat in your burger order it with the habanero sauce, you won’t regret it. I would have to say it is the most filling burger since the Big Grand Mac that did not help it taste any different than the old tried and true Big Mac. The Big Arch is different and worth trying.“

“I find it absolutely disturbing that your staff can't be bothered to wear gloves while making blizzards. if a representative from your business can't be responsible enough to wear gloves at work during a pandemic you shouldn't be open for business. your staff member in the man bun needs to be clued into this fact. it is irresponsible for him to be so nonchalant about it and it is irresponsible for dairy queen to not bring thos staff member up to speed“

“I have been there twice this week through the drive thru and both times my order us not what I paid for. I have order a double big Mac meal and received the single. It's frustrating that the price you pay for the meals and they screw you over. I definitely will never go back to that location again. But also makes me wonder how many other people they do this to?“
