Caraway Grill - Moose Jaw

I visited Caraway Grill yesterday with my husband and had a very upsetting experience. The two female servers were extremely rude and mean to us, bullying and mocking us throughout our meal in their native language, which made us so uncomfortable that I couldn’t even finish my food. This is the second time I’ve experienced this kind of treatment at this restaurant.

How can any management tolerate such unprofessional behavior from their staff? I’ve even heard from friends that they’ve had similar, traumatic experiences with these same servers. We’ve decided not to return and will not recommend this place to anyone. The owners should seriously consider replacing these servers before more valuable customers are lost.

I had a wonderful experience. The service was outstanding—friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. Our server made excellent recommendations, and everything arrived at the perfect time.

The food was fantastic. I had kadhai chicken and paneer tikka masala, which was perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor.
The ambiance was cozy and inviting, with a lively atmosphere.

Overall, I highly recommend Caraway Grill. Great service, incredible food, and a lovely setting. I’ll definitely be back!

Reviewing: Seafood Special - $18.25 Lunch Special: Chef's starter, choice of one seafood main, rice, butter naan, and a soda.

This was a rip-off. I received just 4 pieces of undercooked shrimp in a bowl of sauce. The seafood portion was minimal, along with a small serving of white rice, a coke, and naan. Charging $18 for this was outrageous—it wasn’t worth more than $8.50.

I don’t recommend this item at all. They should either reduce the cost or increase the seafood.

I was welcomed by a super friendly server name Pushmeet, and then received a complimentary Indian fries plater with a dipping sauceand it was wonderful ?! The butter chicken was excellent, I also asked if they could top up my butter chicken sauce and they topped it off without any extra charges. I will be back to try more!

Price of take-away packaged sauces has doubled. I was told they only sell the small packages now, and they are the same price as the previous large ones. Lost my business.

Always clean, food is very good, reasonably priced and the servings are large enough to have leftovers next day. Staff is very friendly and I love being able to buy packaged Indian products to take home and have for a quick and easy dinner. *cost is about $20 per person depending on what you order, without alcohol.

Ordered takeout from the location in Moose Jaw while on a business trip. Delicious! Had the chicken masala and the chunks of chicken were tender and generous. So much food and a great price. I wish I could have taken the leftovers home.
