I'm not a coffee shop kinda guy. It was ok. Furniture was worn, food selection wasn't great I didn't think. What we had was pretty good.

The coffee is really good its just when I went to the bathroom of course I'm not going to bring my coffee with me. My umbrella was there and I wouldn't forget it because it was raining. Then a worker for some reason thought I left and poured then threw out my coffee, Just to let you know. The other workers did a good job 😃

Poor customer service: I wanted to order a cake for my wife's birthday. I contacted them through all the contact methods available on their profile and website. I had questions about their web ordering interface, but I didn't receive a response. I decided to visit the store, but received very vague answers. They took my phone and didn't receive a call back. I called a similar business where a young Filipina woman helped me, and within fifteen minutes we had agreed on the order. Well, maybe I don't have the customer profile they prefer; I had a better opinion of this cafe.

First time trying this establishment and couldn't believe how rude the one staff member was. I asked what the B-Fast sandwich was and she opened the till, grabbed a piece of paper, and literally tossed it towards me and walked away without saying a word to me.
Maybe you can show a little more respect to your patrons, and if it's too much of an inconvenience to explain an item, then simply write it on the board for all to see.

Stopped by on my way through Moose Jaw. I ordered a drink and snack to enjoy while I people watched and rested. Everything was great until I turned to look into the area where the baking gets done. I watched the baker typing on her phone and then proceeding to touch the food that is getting served to the public. This is a PUBLIC ESTABLISHMENT! Not a household kitchen. The amount of germs and bacteria on phones are unfathomable and I personally dont want them in my food. I usually dislike writing bad reviews on small businesses, but this was truly disappointing and dare I say, disgusting.

Great staff and service ( I left my phone on the table upon leaving and one of the staff tracked me down a block and half away); typical tasty coffee shop treats; they roast their own coffee beans, which you can purchase, reasonably priced specialty coffees

With temps hitting 38°C, an iced drink was non-negotiable. I went for a crème caramel iced latte — and it was deliciously refreshing, the perfect pick-me-up for a hot prairie afternoon. 🌞
Very friendly staff, quick service, and a calm atmosphere. My caramel iced latte tasted amazing. I’ll definitely be back.

looked cute and nice, got a brown sugar latte and it was actually not worth the price at all. tasted gross and the lavender shortbread does not have much flavour either. my friend got a iced cafe mocha and it tasted gross as well. do not recommend!
