Poor customer service: I wanted to order a cake for my wife's birthday. I contacted them through all the contact methods available on their profile and website. I had questions about their web ordering interface, but I didn't receive a response. I decided to visit the store, but received very vague answers. They took my phone and didn't receive a call back. I called a similar business where a young Filipina woman helped me, and within fifteen minutes we had agreed on the order. Well, maybe I don't have the customer profile they prefer; I had a better opinion of this cafe.

Great staff and service ( I left my phone on the table upon leaving and one of the staff tracked me down a block and half away); typical tasty coffee shop treats; they roast their own coffee beans, which you can purchase, reasonably priced specialty coffees

looked cute and nice, got a brown sugar latte and it was actually not worth the price at all. tasted gross and the lavender shortbread does not have much flavour either. my friend got a iced cafe mocha and it tasted gross as well. do not recommend!

Whenever I train in Moose Jaw, Evolve is my first stop for a latte and a treat. Their lattes are always smooth and perfect, and the haystacks are hands-down my favourite in all of Canada!
On my last visit I discovered they make cakes too and wow, the wedding cake I tried was the best cake I have ever tasted.
The service is always friendly and quick. Sunlight pours in and makes it such a beautiful spot to relax, sip coffee, and soak it all in.
I love it every single time I go and can’t wait to get back next time!!

Would rate as 4 stars Went here about 2 months ago for a quick to go coffee. There was literally nobody else in the location so we picked a great time to get a coffee. Service for a tea and coffee was not as prompt as it perhaps could have been, and only minor complaints was coffee was very lukewarm. Location itself is lovely with books and board games available. Due to the bright and spacious windows this would be a perfect place to while away a rainy afternoon with a coffee and a tasty dessert. Will happily return based on quality. Prices appeared to us as similar to comparable coffee houses.
