Would rate as 4 stars Went here about 2 months ago for a quick to go coffee. There was literally nobody else in the location so we picked a great time to get a coffee. Service for a tea and coffee was not as prompt as it perhaps could have been, and only minor complaints was coffee was very lukewarm. Location itself is lovely with books and board games available. Due to the bright and spacious windows this would be a perfect place to while away a rainy afternoon with a coffee and a tasty dessert. Will happily return based on quality. Prices appeared to us as similar to comparable coffee houses.

Dealing With Delta
With so many trying to be the next starbucks it is so nice to find a real feel cafe. This cafe needs to be protected and loved for what it is. Fresh roasted coffee, small batch blends, real cups of your favorite coffees, beautiful latte art, almost as beautiful as the smiles on the barista's faces. The prices represent how much work goes into this quality authentic coffee experience. I am in the average middle class. Paycheck to paycheck type. If I can see the value, I'm sure others can too. It was wonderful! Excellent, quiet, pleasant waist of time. They don't have their own parking lot but they are situated with plenty of parking surrounding the cafe.

These places need ro be opened earlier and not have people waiting out the door for 8am sharp to open. It's one of the biggest events of the year in Moose Jaw. And not open until 8am or on Sunday. Great little spot. Losing a ton of business tho not adjusting their hours!

I have some very mixed feelings about this place. I love that they cook and prep all their own food in a small kitchen slightly visible from the seating area, showing the love and passion they put into the food. I also love that they have a little section of books and games to borrow while you enjoy your lunch or drinks. I did however find the prices extremely steep for what was provided. I found a very sharp, over an inch long chicken bone in my sandwich that stabbed me in the mouth while I was eating. I was taking rather big bites as I was hungry when I arrived but this could have ended very badly had I not noticed. When I tried to politely mention it to the staff ( not wanting to cause a scene, I kinda whispered it to them at the counter) they seemed to not care at all😡 for this reason alone I will NOT be back. I understand accidents happen but accountability is important especially in customer service. They didn't want to address the issue at all or even give a simple apology. The rest of my meal was ruined and it will be a while before I have a chicken sandwich anywhere in the future

Since moving here, Evolve has quickly 'evolved' to be my favourite spot in town for coffee. The baristas are always friendly and the coffee/baked goods/food are excellent. They have games, books and a chill atmosphere here. The 1 star reviews here are insane and I'd pay no attention to them. Do yourself a favour and pop on in!

I was visiting Moose Jaw. Went out one morning to get a coffee when I came to this place. I only had a coffee and a breakfast sandwich, but what I had was good. Nice place, nice staff. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience.
I was visiting from regina with friends from vancouver bc my friends were in a store, so I thought I would go to the coffe shop and wait for them and have a coffee, I asked the the lady in the coffee store to use her bathroom and she told me I had to be a Paying customer. I thought that was Ridiculous, I'm and older lady and sometimes need a bathroom. I bought a coffee and I Tipped Last time I will ever go back

I think I had a small crush on the person that sold me a coffee. But I don't remember anything more than that. The coffee was pretty good. I think I got a quiche or something as well which was pretty good

I would have liked to experience the place as I am relatively new to Moose Jaw. Unfortunately manager said they do not allow pets. She said it was her owners decision.
