Once someone actually took our order, it was $27 for 2 medium and 1 small blizzards. There were 3 cars in the parking lot but it took nearly 15 minutes to get our ice cream. After seeing the blizzards we thought we would excuse the lacking service but then took one scoop out of all 3 blizzards and nothing but vanilla ice cream! $27 for 3 cups of melting vanilla ice cream! Not ok!! Definitely won't be back there again!!

Please employ people who can fluently speak and understand English. I shouldn't have to repeat an order a dozen times. Your cooks also need to learn that items like chicken should be cook to proper temperature as I received an under cooked chicken burger.

I just want to say thank you to the staff at Dairy Queen Moose Jaw! Dairy Queen has been one of the only things I can stomach while pregnant. After some car troubles, we showed up with 2 minutes left until they close and the staff were so understanding and awesome, they made my food fresh and super quick before they closed up for the night without a single complaint. The Double Cheese Burger gave me an Upset Stomach for the rest of the day. Plastic Atmosphere and Service and the size of the Hamburger was somewhat Small.

My husband and I have been going to DQ all across Canada and US. We always order exta pickles and extra mustard and NEVER has anyone said there was an extra charge! 2 dollars for each extra!! We love their burgers but won't be back anytime soon. One employee snuck us a couple packs of mustard which was nice. Then the other employee ..To make it worse...there were 8 packs of ketchup in the bag and all we had were burgers.

My wife left a review on here about not getting the right blizzard even though she tried to get it remade a few times. Now she ordered a blizzard and they swore up and down there was cookie dough (only one scoop when apparently if you order a cookie dough or a smartie cookie dough explosion you get 4 scoops) she argued with them for 10-15 minutes that there wasnât any and they kept saying they put it in, but she finished the whole thing and there wasnât. Then they tried saying there was some on the bottom and all these excuses when she had finished it there was absolutely none.
Then they told her to contact skip and they could potentially refund the cookie dough cost but tbh they wonât because it was the dq that messed up, not them. This isnât isnât the first time, but they mess up the blizzards or forget one every time we order. She couldnât do another review on hers because she already had one about how they messed up before. We definitely wouldnât recommend it to anyone. The customer service is bad and so is how itâs run.

Iâve ordered from the Moose Jaw Dairy Queen since I was 16, Iâm now 33 and pregnant. They went from great food and blizzards to just HORRIBLE with small portions!!
The last 10+ times theyâve never got my husbandâs and my blizzards right or forget to put one in the bag, give almost nothing for proportions and the food has gone down hill.
I left a review months ago about being in there and them having to remake my blizzard and after 2-3 times my husband was late for his meeting and I just had to take it how it was, as he was already late.
Now my husband ordered a blizzard for me while he was at work for a pregnancy craving, he got me the smartie blizzard with added cookie dough, as you canât get the smartie cookie dough collision on Skip. I called in when there was NO cookie dough in my blizzard and they asked the employee who said they put a scoop in (like an employee is going to say no whether they forgot or just didnât realize they put it in. đ Most, if there isnât proof now a days would just say oh yeah, I put some in.) Well whoever it was, manager or just worker tried saying all I could do was call skip and get a refund on the cookie dough as they know it was in there. Excuse me but this isnât even the first messed up blizzard, nor the second OR the third.. no itâs happened every time!
To say well a large gets 1 scoop if you couldnât find it, maybe it didnât get mixed up right or maybe it went to the bottom.. I ate over half and there wasnât one, then I dug, nothing. I ate the rest nope! But there was a whole lot of smarties crunched up at the bottom super smallâŚ
I got contacted about the Wonder Woman that they made wrong 2-3 times (I had picture proof on google and it wonât let me do another review on there unless I delete my other one..) All they said is they would use my info to train their employees better.. Sadly it clearly hasnât happened and never will. The DQ only Caribou is phenomenal! The Main Street needs shut down or better management and better employees who actually know what they are doing.

There is a Wendyâs beside the DQ that has way better food, better portions and tbh the ice cream is better. I had just been craving the cookie dough and the baby must have been craving the smarties ice cream because I never get smarties, but that was so disappointing.
Next time Iâll just get a large tub of smarties ice cream from the store, buy cookie dough and put it in chunks in the ice cream myself and then I KNOW itâs done right and my cravings will be satisfied. What a waste of $20. Iâll never make that mistake again because yes Skip does up charge it that much for one blizzard and NO it wasnât worth it!!! Youâve been warned at least! Heck, even the google reviews have that place at a 3 âď¸ because of how horrible itâs gotten.. I think 3 stars is being generous to be honest..

Probably the worst dq I've been too. Chicken wraps were dry & gross, even drinks were odd & watered down or something. Bananas in banana split were complete mush & old too. No wonder the place was empty at lunch time! Wouldn't bring food out like all other dq do.

Tried the chicken wrap. Was tastey but small. If you have it as just a snack its an ok size otherwise buy two with the deal they have on right now and get the drink seperate
