I recently visited Edo Japan and had a fantastic dining experience! The atmosphere is modern, clean, and welcoming, which immediately sets the tone for a great meal. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and quick to take our order specifically Aman.

Stay away! My wife and I have been to Edo's many times in many locations and always enjoyed the experience. This was the exception.
We ordered their veggie bowl on brown rice. It should have been called their cabbage bowl. Other than that it had a bit of shredded carrots and broccoli, mainly cabbage. Take a look at the pictures.
As a comparison, 3 days ago we had the same bowl at the east Regina location. It included lots of green peas in the pod, red peppers, whole carrots - mainly assorted fresh vegetables. No cabbage.
Went there at 9:58pm, I didn't know they closed at 10pm, being in the industry I totally understand the inconvenience of someone doing that, I apologized and tried to leave, they said it was totally ok and they would be happy to help me, so I ordered and got my food in a timely manner. Truly a fantastic staff and would recommend everyone to go! Thank you.

Loved the Tempura Shrimp and Delight Roll.
Wasn't sure about the sushi before since it was my 1st time trying it. But the staff did an amazing Job with the recommendation.
