We have been to Himawari Sushi many times now and every time it is a lovely experience. The staff are incredibly kind and pleasant.
This is the perfect spot for a date or a small group. I love getting the bridges of sushi to share between you and your company.
The rolls are always fresh and there is so much variety to choose from. You can picture the Himawari Gold in the picture below- less a few pieces on some of the rolls 🙊 This was a great supper for four adults.

You will NOT find any sushi place in saskatoon thins flavourful. House saki has nice light plum flavour tasting very refreshingly warm. The beef ramens umammi mix between sweetened beef to tang in the noodle and the intense flavour of the broth. The sushi flavours were well balanced to not make one taste stand out more. Im hoping thins place stays very prosperous that it will remain here for my next stay to moosejaw. My only regret is staying only 1 night so i could not have it for supper a second night, but i will grab some for lunch tomorow before i leave.

I've been here many times and have enjoyed it every time I've come I love the monkey brains appetizer, the chicken karaage, the sushi is excellent I also enjoy the sashimi box but I especially enjoy the stone bibimbap and also really enjoy the spicy Korean style ramen (I usually get mine with chicken). I have found myself being more adventurous with the menu over the past couple years and have never regretted anything I've tried.

Excellent food and service. Sashimi was nice and thick and very fresh looking and tasting. Banana crispy dessert roll was also noteworthy. Price was very reasonable for the amount and quality of the food. Had a wide variety of rolls between six of us and all were excellent.
