Crazy wait time, 20 minutes for drive through. They don't tell you about the wait time until after you pay. Gravy was very runney. Chicken skin falling off because it was so greasy. Worst kfc that i have had.

Went through drive thru. Guy didnt know which soda he gave us. One was diet one was regular. Then rang in onion rings when we didnt ask for onion rings. Forgot all the dipping sauces.
I totally get that it sucks working customer service but atleast pretend to care about the customers. For the price of everything you'd think the service would be significantly better . Plus the restaurant had no customers .

Worst service ever I have seen. Place first time order and it says 15 cad before taxes and you will get tender free. When I came here they say no you should more than 15 cad why ? I have all screen shot for evidence still not understanding.

Placed an order for pick up but when i arrived in the drive through they told me it was going to be at least another 10 minutes. They apologized and offered several fixes to the problem, from other meat to free delivery when the order was done. However i offered to just wait the time in the lobby. While i waited i was givin a free fountain drink for the wait as well as a free large gravy when my order was finally ready. The manager on duty was polite, very apologetic about the late order and in my opinion he made it up ten fold. Food was delicious. Very impressed with the managers problem solving skills.

They screwed up my order twice and forgot to add gravey, we padded extra for only breasts and didn't get any. Drove away one block. Returned to store argued to get to breasts. Drove away one block. Realized no gravy then we Returned to store. Finally received full order and it was cold and are so disapointed. No apologies or compensation

Not sure what is different about the KFC food? But I remember it being a treat as a child. Now I felt it was overpriced, underwhelming and just not the same as I remember. But the service was relatively fast and the employees were nice and provided everything I asked for. Just the food wasn’t great.
Parking: Many potholes.
Kid-friendliness: Kids love chicken and did enjoy the popcorn chicken as well as the fries. But as for the original recipe— something has changed.

Just went to the newly renovated KFC in Moose Jaw and loved it! The vibe was really nice, and the staff were super friendly. As a Muslim, I only eat Halal, and they made sure to let me know what options were Halal. They even showed me the certification, which was great.
The food was tasty and not too greasy. For my Muslim friends, their burgers, popcorn chicken, and wings are Halal. Definitely recommend checking this place out.
