One word…GREASY. Used to be decent chicken but new owners have cheaped out. No breading, chicken and coating is mushy, and the grease was unappetizing. I don’t have one good thing to say.

Chicken tenders were extremely salty, almost inedible. Mistakes happen in any kitchen, but when I asked, the staff completely refused to acknowledge it. A little accountability goes a long way.. please have the courage to own up when things don’t go right.

Went to kfc tonight got there at 3:30pm (understanding they are closing at 5:00pm) the fries were hard and cold, gravy barely hot, corn mushy & brown, chicken cold slimy and tasted like flour. Absolutely disgusting. Buffet was not refilled as it should be, could tell stuff sat for hours. I go here alot and have never had such disappointment in the food. Even if they were closing at 5pm the food should have been fresh. I came 1.5 hours before closing and couldn’t even eat 1 plate of food.

I usually come here after school. Food is made fast, crunchy, and fresh. During lunch rushes, they somehow manage to provide fast service whilst maintaining the quality.
Absolutely horrible experience. Neither the app nor the site was working at this location. Cashier was rude and unhelpful. Bathrooms were dirty with no soap

Crazy wait time, 20 minutes for drive through. They don't tell you about the wait time until after you pay. Gravy was very runney. Chicken skin falling off because it was so greasy. Worst kfc that i have had.

Went through drive thru. Guy didnt know which soda he gave us. One was diet one was regular. Then rang in onion rings when we didnt ask for onion rings. Forgot all the dipping sauces.
I totally get that it sucks working customer service but atleast pretend to care about the customers. For the price of everything you'd think the service would be significantly better . Plus the restaurant had no customers .
