Depends on who's working but it's hit and miss. Old lady is really good and the other one kind of doesn't put a lot of effort in. When one younger lady is working my order is always in on point and delicious! The other times I think there is a language barrier and I'm not given what I order. It's extremely pricey. I feel there is a lot of wasted space in the beautiful studio they have and a confide cafe vibe would be a lot more enjoyable! Some cozy lights and comfortable seating would add so much more to the space. They have the whole back area blocked off for staff only but that would make such an excellent spot to have some cozy bench seats and some board games. I assume that's where they take their breaks but it's so spacious it's sad to see the beautiful area not taken to it's full potential.

Had a very disappointing experience at the store yesterday and when I messaged them to discuss the issue they proved they will not admit they could have made a mistake and completely lack in customer service. Have faithfully dined here since opening but will not return after our experience yesterday.

Stopped by for drinks and a treat, there was a misunderstanding with our order, contacted the store, was told too bad it’s your fault, mentioned again that we were very aware of what we ordered only to be told again too bad it’s not our problem. Have went here faithfully since they opened but will not return due to complete lack of understanding and customer service.

Paid for our order which was 25$ and then told they didn’t have the product to make any of them. My kids couldn’t have tea so none of the options really worked for them. We then decided on something different and was told I’d be charged more. They were missing a lot of products and then charged me extra instead of compensating while we ordered things we didn’t even want and didn’t enjoy. I won’t be returning and should have asked for a refund

My favorite bubble tea in Moose Jaw. Menu differs slightly from other Macao locations I have visited. The taro black sugar milk tea is delicious, and my partner loved the popping bubble fruit tea. The tapioca pearls could have been a little fresher, they were a little gummy.

This coffee/tea shop is excellent! There’s something for everyone. I had the Taro tea with cheese cake froth! OMG! Didn’t have anything to eat so cannot rate their food service. So many flavours to choose from! Coffee, teas, acacado drinks, yoghurt drinks, bubble tea, etc. etc. Super clean, very West Coast style interior. Everyone needs to try this out!
My daughter and I love going here for a treat!! Her favorite is the mango slush and rainbow slush with mango popping boba! And I love the plain cheesecake and white mocha Mpresso!! Highly recommend this place.
