Every time I come here and take something to go they always forget something. They have forgotten meat in my burger, orders of fries etc!! It’s very frustrating. Today they forget the bacon and egger. Please make sure you check your take out bags before you leave the store.

Been there twice in one weekend. First time - both burgers came out wrong. I've always ordered "no pickle, no onion". Yet keep getting pickles and onion. I physically cannot eat onions. I'm not allergic but they do make me sick. Second time - my first payment did not go through but my second one did. I used the wrong card at first. When arriving at the second window, I was basically treated like a criminal trying to steal food. I attempted to prove to them through my banking and still had to pull up before they would bring me my food eventually. I had asked them at first, to check with the first window and there would be a receipt to prove it went through as well, yet they did not do that and continued to talk over me and proceeded to ask me to pull ahead. In the end, we still got a burger made wrong, because they did not listen to me and rushed my order. I said "kids cheese burger, no pickle, onion or mustard" she goes "plain?" I add "well, only ketchup". You'd think l'd get a cheese burger with just ketchup. No, plain burger with ketchup. Simple miscommunication that could've been avoided had they paid more attention or read my order back (it was still changing as they asked me to pull ahead). What ever happened to "the customer is always right"? Check your receipts and pay attention to people when ordering. It's really that simple. If you think you can slap a burger in a bag, regardless of preference and get away with it - I will be back every time to return it. I'll be trying here one more time before giving up and going to the other one downtown. I get it's fast food, but these have been some of the worst McDonald's experiences that l've had so far.

Stopped here for coffee before work on feb 22. Paid for my coffee with Apple Pay pulled up to the next window to retrieve my coffee and they said transaction did not go through despite the money being deducted from my banking account. Showed the attendant that it, indeed went through, and she argued with me. Saying to dispute it with my bank. I said if I have to dispute the transaction with my bank, the I need a receipt that the transaction was not complete. She told me that it doesn't print if it doesn't go through. I paid AGAIN for my coffee. Looking back I should've refused to leave until I got the coffee I PAID FOR THE FIRST TIME. Been trying to dispute this with my bank like she said and now McDonald's isn't responding to my bank, it is now March 8th. I called McDonald's and they want me to drive back for my money. This is the biggest waste of time and I feel ripped off . Tempted to contact head office as it's not about the money but about the principle.

Me and my fam went to McDonald’s (just two know it’s a family of 5) and we order are meal and are server didn’t really speak good English and took a while to order are meal.we sat down in there seats and the table was not cleaned off. It’s was dirty after waiting about 10 minutes half of are food came and the other half was still coming. When are food finally came it was kind of cold had no napkins or straws. When I finally ate I found a hair in my Big Mac burger patty. It’s was a ok experience and wouldn’t really come back here again. Would give it a (⭐️⭐️ Star).

When you go through a drive through why do they ask you too park and wait, and when you yell them no they get mad at you bassi ly tossing the food in your car, I'd rather eat healthier so I quit going... 4 dollars for a double cheese burger, I remember 13 years ago they were 99 cents

Takes them forever to get your food ready. Burgers fall apart the second you bite into them. And the fries smell like dead fish. Place is full flies.

Mess up my orders all the time and it’s simply a plain burger, or no ketchup and they have everything on it every time. Than when you go back around for them to correct it the bacon McDouble you paid for turns into a regular plain burger ?‍♀️Not even what was paid for even after returning the previous burger with ticket of what it was on it.

I ordered the French Fries. In general. The fries were lacking salt and were undercooked. The texture was light and fluffy, although I didn’t feel the crunchiness of the fries. Although, packaging was cute. 3/5

Life-threatening!!! Please DO NOT ORDER from this McDonald's or any establishment owned by AMIR in Saskatchewan.Amir owns the Weyburn establishment, all the Walmart McDonald's locations in Regina. Along with Lewan and Arcola locations.I asked for McDonalds to deal with a life-threatening concern, because I had strong suspicions that one of their general managers was attempting to poison me with the food from Amirs establishments. Regina police have been involved in this situation and soon will the public.CBC and CTV have been contacted. We shall see what Amir has to say regarding the poisoned food being sent from his establishment? While now knowing about concerns that his customers had fearing the safety of his general .manager

Not impressed with the wooden cutlery. I'm not into slivers in my mouth thanks. Plastic cutlery is way better and reusable!!
