Have left multiple messages with the location staff to have Doug the owner call me over the past 2 months, nothing.
Was given 2 frozen breakfast burritos in my drive thru order, found out part way to Regina when I pulled them out of the bag and bit into literal ice inside....

This mcdonalds sucks, order on main or even walmart, got some snack wraps they were lettuce and nothing else, the funny thing is they even cheaped out on the lettuce lmao, it was my mistake I should of got from main which I never had a problem, last time we ordered we got 2 blt quarter pounder and they came with no patty, we called and asked for the manager (big English barrier between us haha) she insisted that that's how there made... I don't really like mcdonalds but how bout get orders right and not try too rip us off because you think your gonna get a 25 cent raise, we need better communication maybe some English classes and reading classes too the employee, you pay for a whole day for a new employee too sit on a computer and learn how too work there... lmao

I stopped in for lunch and saw they had the new Arch Burger. I was told it had a sauce similar to Big Mac sauce, I was hoping for something with some heat. I ask the man at the till if I could have the habanero sauce from their spicy chicken instead of the Arch Sauce. He said he wasnât sure and was clicking the keys on his terminal so many times I thought maybe he was writing a review of me asking for weird stuff. He eventually said yes but Iâll have to pay $1 extra for a small container of chicken nugget sauce. I said yes, no problem. I got the burger and I was shocked, it looked just like one you might see on TV or in a magazine. It was nice a warm and freshly made, since it was mid afternoon there was not much of a crowd at the time. The seating was very clean as well as the bathrooms which I used as well. In the past I have also ordered a Big Mac the same way and it was also good. This burger was bigger than a Big Mac as I believe they use two quarter pound patties and not the smaller one that are used in the Big Mac. I have ordered it a few times now. One with the habanero sauce and one without. Definitely if you like a bit of heat in your burger order it with the habanero sauce, you wonât regret it. I would have to say it is the most filling burger since the Big Grand Mac that did not help it taste any different than the old tried and true Big Mac. The Big Arch is different and worth trying.

Came into restaurant on a âquietâ Sunday morning to hearing staff having a blast (itâs cool to have fun but it was pretty loud) they got the order wrong (no big deal -we are all human) but when it was brought to the attention of the staff handing out the orders, she took the ticket, read it and replied âno â ( not asking how to help, or acknowledging perhaps a hash brown was missed (poor customer service)
We were back to the till to order the second hash brown and the staff said (and I quote) âwhy do you need another one?â âBecause you missed the second hash brownâ âoh, I thought I did itâ
Wow, meanwhile they allow a customer to BLAST on MaX volume their phone videos, slap the table and act obnoxious. We just left.
Will not use the thatcher location again.

Stopped at around 12:30. Lots of people there so figured food would be hot. Wrong. Fries were not even warm, big Mac cold also and was so sloppy hard to hold. Haven't eaten at McDonalds for ages and probably be a long tim if again.
Very hard working staff and nice location. Only removed a star because they no longer have drink refills

Worst crew ever not giving orders on time. McDonald's staff is a habitual offender of delaying of skip order to drivers. Always defaulting to attend the skip drivers. I have had usual delays of getting the orders from the McDonald's staff while other pickup orders after me were prioritized. Rude behavior with me. Please positively look into it.
