Pizza Hut consistently serves excellent pizza every time! Even on the rare occasions when we’ve had a complaint, the staff always listen carefully, understand the concern, and resolve it quickly. Everyone is very nice and humble, which makes the experience even better.
As a vegetarian, I truly appreciate their attention to detail—whenever I request, they use fresh vessels and ensure everything is clean and free from any meat-related contamination. Their consideration and care make Pizza Hut a top choice for me!

I wanted to order the XL PARANORMOUS size for a family party, i have ordered it many times in other cities, here in moose jaw they say that there is no such size, i had to be on call for 20 mins and after 3 people switiching the call i get to know they don't serve it. How is that?

The cal zone is a disgrace, the wings and pizza are good, they really should take the cal zone off the menu it is a disgrace, nothing like it use too be when pizza hut was on main street, not worth the price and what you get, if you want 2 pieces of pizza folded onto echother and pay 11.99 cad go for it. Buyer beware

Phoned in our order for delivery, was told it would be about an hour. 90 minutes later I called again asked the status of the delivery, was told it was out for delivery. 20 minutes later no food had arrived. I called again was told they never got my order and it was not coming. Never offed to take my order again or anything. Very sad.

Positive energy the second I walked in the door. Staff was so nice. Was having a difficult day and they made it a lot better :) will definitely come back. Food was really good too :) super clean also. Will definitely be coming back. I was impressed. Also one of the staff members was dealing with a difficult customer and handled it extremely well. I’ll be tipping a lot better next time. Never had any issues here :)

Honestly, I have never been much of a fan of Pizza Hut however their new big New Yorker Pizza I'm not going to lie I ordered and was really impressed with not only the quality The Taste but also they delivered it really quickly they were here in like 30 minutes and I'm on the other side of town so that was pretty cool I did initially tell them I was going to pay debit on the phone and then ended up paying cash and was still charged for the debit. Honestly I'm pretty picky when it comes to pizza and when I got the big New Yorker Pizza cuz it's thin crust big slices with just pepperoni on it it really hit the spot for me and really was what a pizza should be and I was really Blown Away by it and ordered it again like 2 days later my waistline thanks me very much

No doubt the food is good. However, the one time I chose delivery instead of carryout, it turned out to be a really bad experience. The delivery driver was very rude. He was outside of my apartment and was cussing because he couldn’t find the receipt. After finding the receipt, he couldn’t find where my order was. I mean seriously you can’t find to big boxes of pizza in your own car. I’m never ordering for delivery from them.
They give you a pick up time then make you wait 25 minutes after it. Can't give 0 stars. Will NOT be back.

Was late to pick up my pizza and wings by ~30 minutes after my pickup time and the food was still piping hot. The store manager Ahbi was very polite and informative telling me about the online promotions and surveys for BOGO pizzas on the receipt. 10/10
