I was walking to scoop n roll with my friends on a very hot day, as I walked in the employees greeted me very kindly. The ice cream was overall a 10/10 definitely coming back here again, I recommend the pistachio with almonds and Nutella.

Got the order wrong twice. Ordered a strawberry cheesecake parfait they mixed it with mango for the first one.
Agreed to replace it but they forgot the cheesecake like what ??? The point then

The experience was fun. Staff was okay. Not very fun or friendly for an ice cream shop, though. Quite clean. Good location with adequate parking. Was a little disappointed that my brownie add-in consisted of ONE two bite brownie...

Over all, good for a fun experience, but I probably wouldn't return on a regular basis.

We both ordered at the same time and this picture was taken before we had a bite. Not sure why one was like half the size of the other? For $18 it was kind of a let down. Asked why and no one had a solid answer or reason and made me feel kind of bad for even asking. Kind of disappointing

Scope N Roll is a fantastic ice cream shop. The flavors are creative and delicious, and the service is friendly. The rolled ice cream is a fun and a tasty treat. Highly recommend it for a sweet indulgence!

I have only myself to blame - I should have gotten the rolled ice cream. I went with the parfait - that's not their thing. The "parfait" comes in a small clear plastic cone that contains all the fruit and stuff, and then an absurdly large amount of soft ice cream on top of it, with some nuts sprinkled on top. I cannot emphasize enough the sheer quantity of ice cream that is on top - like 75% of the ice cream is on top. Because that's what everyone wants in a parfait, to eat like 2 pints of soft serve ice cream just to get to the parfait toppings on the bottom!! The whole point of a parfait is layers so you get a little bit of ice cream and a bit of topping with each bite. I don't know what corporate think tank came up with this "innovation" in parfait design, but they have lost their way. I licked the nuts off the top, then walked to the nearest garbage can and scrapped off about 2/3rds of the remaining ice cream to get to the part that actually had layers of ice cream and fruit. Unfortunately by then it was already melting all over my hand and making a mess, and the bottom part in the plastic cone was almost all toppings with little ice cream. Overall a disappointing experience. I guess it would be a good thing to order if you are a family of four and you bring your own bowls to recombine things properly. Oh also please add acoustic baffling to your store it is very noisy I couldn't even hear what the cashier was saying.
