A big shout-out/thank you to Miranda at Starbucks in the Civic Centre Mall. It’s not everyday or even every week that I stop and go through the drive thru to grab a refresher drink ~ but this awesome gal made my day today. She recognized my voice on the mic and called me by my name. She made my day a whole lot better. This is what true customer service is. Thanks again Miranda! 💐
