I can safely say that for my wife and I, Starbucks Moose-Jaw's has the best coffee in town. We usually order lattes with oat milk, but not so long ago I discovered London fog. Oh, it's just great! The staff at this coffee shop is always friendly and pleasant. The only thing I miss is a more cozy summer area (I miss European summer areas)). So, my rating is 5 out of 5. I sincerely recommend it!

Went Into the store on Mother's day. They seem very focused on drive thru, and mobile orders, the people in the store(myself included) seemed to be waiting for quite some time for our drinks. There were many workers behind the counters. I was very surprised to see Presidents Choice lemonade bottles being dumped into their large vats the make the lemonade drinks are made from. Thanks for the unintended info, I can now make similar drinks at home ? I do really like the new raspberry lemonade drink with the Boba juice balls. Delicious! I just wish prices were cheaper and I may be enticed to come more often than once a month.

This Starbucks location is a little lacking in the customer service department. I go quite frequently, and either get fantastic service with a friendly face, OR I get thrown my drink without even a hello. I know two employees who do a fantastic job, but generally speaking, if I didn't have to come here for the drive thru, I wouldn't.

I mobile ordered, as I always do, for four beverages, waited a few minutes and then left to go pick it up. I arrived maybe 2 minutes prior to the suggested pickup time. There were two cars ahead of me, no big deal. I let them know I was here for my order when it was my turn. Again no problem. Got to the window after waiting for the other two cars to be dealt with and was asked very politely to pull up in the front and they'd bring my drinks out cause they weren't quite ready. Again, no problem I don't mind because there was a car behind me. The drinks came out in less than 2 minutes. The girl who brought them out was very kind.I got home with my beverages and found a written message of "please give us adequate time to complete your order" on one of the cups. This passive aggressive note could have easily been relayed to me verbally and I would have apologized right then and there, even though there was definitely adequate time given. The only request I make of any hot drinks is that they're made extra hot because I'm a slow drinker.Had I ordered four drinks right there I wouldn't have been asked to pull aside and they would've been completed without a fuss.I personally won't be ordering from this Starbucks anymore. The only reason this post is getting a star at all is because of the girl in the window who is always polite.

Staff wanted to take away my 400 points and charge me close to $30 for a cup that the app said would be free. Was told no it’s $20 off. Couldn’t tell me why and where it says that on the app. I agree and said sure I’ll pay $9 plus tax for the mug as it was 29. Nope it’s now $20 off the none sale price. So we will take your 400 points and charge you the same as everyone else. Sweet deal. I think not. I asked to speak to the manager and they went to find him and giggled that he was asleep. Classy MJ.
