Honestly, there's never really been anything bad I could say about Starbucks. They always have consistently good latte, or frappe ready for me when I go. The staff is always very friendly, giving service with a smile. Environment is clean and with a good atmosphere! Keep up the great work!

Starbucks in Moose Jaw never disappoints! Their London Fog is absolutely delicious—smooth, creamy, and perfectly balanced. I also tried the Matcha Frappuccino, and it was just as amazing—rich, refreshing, and full of that great matcha flavor. The staff here are friendly and efficient, making every visit a great experience. Highly recommend!

Unfortunately, every time I have gone here my order is wrong. It does not appear that the staff that take the orders know to properly ring a simple order that’s on their menu up. They are also not kind when I ask for it to be remade. Today I asked for an iced drink that is on their menu (no customizations). I had to repeat my order twice to correct the staff that rung it in. I get to the window to pay and ask to pay with my stars. The staff did not understand and had scan my card multiple times. They then handed me a hot drink. I said that this was supposed to be iced and they ask me to wait out front. I wait out front for over 5minutes. I finally went inside to get it. It appears that instead of remaking my drink, they put it back in the queue so I have to wait twice. This is not the first time something like this has happened.
