Probably the worst starbucks I've been to. No knowledge whatsoever. Can't make a beverage that's been made 100x before. When unable to get what is usually ordered asked for something else that has no coffee in it was told this drink I was willing to try has no coffee only to get it was full blown coffee then to be told is has 3 pumps. Always issues at this place. Better off driving up the hill to other.

I wanted a true north coffee after I finished my shopping, 2 people behind me. Made 6 cups of random sugary garbage before getting to mine and didn't fresh brew. Added enough cream to make it room temp. Guess I'll be going back to timmy's.

The coffee was made as a pour over and was extremely weak. I brought I back and the worker was very understanding, offered me an Americano instead, and that was also very very weak… I loved Starbucks coffee for the strong coffee flavour, and this was completely disappointing for the price, and time I took driving over here to get a Starbucks.

Upper senior staff is rude to new staff in training and unhelpful in situations where guidance and support should be happening. The way she talks to customers so so rude and unwarranted, Poor poor poor customer service from the senior staff there. Will not be back. Ended up cancelling my order kid way through and left because I will not support a business that condones bullies.
The best service!!!! Very friendly staff !!! Yes they only have two Baristas working as it’s not a corporate store who have 5-6 working. So kudos to them for doing the extra work !!!!
