went to subway today to get my regular order and the atmosphere and bathrooms were spotless and so clean, other than that I noticed this customer swearing and being disrespectful to the worker making his sandwhich I just want to acknowledge the worker being professional and not saying anything to argue with the customer and making it into a bigger deal than it already was, the worker was this asian guy with curly hair, keep doing what your doing awesome customer service!!

Subway staff is so rude especially that woman on front desk. Barely a height of 4 or 4.5 feet. Even she was not giving the order which I made a payment earlier. Like its so disgusting, they don't know how to talk with customer. How to handle customer. Its a worse experience I had in subway.

My friend and I came here for dinner, she ordered teriyaki chicken sub, they ended up giving her shredded chicken instead and got mad at her when she asked them why they put the wrong chicken on, apparently they were out of chicken teriyaki and just didn’t say anything while assuming that she wanted shredded chicken instead. They wouldn’t replace the sub, she had to pay for a whole different sub even though she told them she didn’t want that and argued with her about how she should have recognized that they used the wrong meat before dishing it, horrible service!

We went to the subway at 9:20 pmand the closing time was 10:00 pm, we had been said by the employees that the grill was already off before 40 minutes pf closing time to cool it off which actually takes only 10-15 minutes to do. We had to request few times to grill our sub We called the store later on to just give a feedback but the next guy was giving me really rude responses as well he was interested in asking me what would you do if you were working in a restaurant. And that is not it though he even asked us we can do whatever we want about this issue and it was not at all a customer service a normal person expects . He was not even sorry about all this matter We had to make him realize that he could have apologized for this. Really bar experiance and would not recommend anyone to visit this subway ever.
