We felt like we were unwelcome going in. It was 535 pm. Staff seemed bothered. Just us there. We ordered 6” flat bread roasted chicken bacon &12” bacon 1x extra bacon with ham subs. . We had coupons buy a 12” get 6” $1.99 and cookie coupon for 3.49. I told her I just downloaded the app how does it work do I just scan? She said yes. The bill came to… 29.22 w/2.00tip?? I noticed after I already tapped. I asked the lady why and if I can see the bill because the till was all beeping at her while ringing us in. I repeated the coupon price and did it doesn’t make sense? So because she wasn’t explaining nor making sense with the price difference, I asked for my tip and money back because she doesn’t seem to care about her customer nor her service. I feel ripped off here and now being gaslit. The man came over asked what was happening and she explained to him in a different language? I asked for a refund and we will start over with the coupons. He did this for me ,but not because he wanted to I was excepting his gaslit reason rather. He gave me a refund with no proof of refund? Meanwhile the lady is still speaking angrily
In a different language. I asked for my refund receipt and he said it’s for office use not mine. I said, how do I know I got the refund? After me not excepting his no, He finally printed me a voided bill but wasn’t happy about it. The new bill came to 21.56 W/2.00 tip. That’s a 7.66 difference in price.

He scrapped the bottom of the roasted chicken scoop was well under tip line and put all the juice and chicken on my sub it completely was soggy and messy to eat.

Unfortunately I will not be back to this location nor would I recommend going.

Your typical subway for the most part. Except the cucumbers were visually old. Dark green and chewier than they should have been. Ruined the sandwich. Also didn’t give me the right bread.

Delivery order. See pic of pepperoni & cheese dipper, unrolled. Sent without ordered sauce. How yum does that sound?!
Sub was neither not grilled or toasted as requested.
Potato rings were cold, dried out & chewy.

Very nice people working but the do not know the specs for sandwiches half the meat that is supposed to be on it used they were like it says 6 slices and yea its 6 of each meat so was a bread and veggie sandwich

Service is slow my last few visits. The quality in food has also seemed to have gone down hill. Some of the vegetables taste like they were grown in a lab

All i want on my 15 dollar sub is pickles.. and yes alot. If cost of a few pickles isnt covered with the cost why bother asking how i like it. I even offer to pay more because we all know inflation and the pandemic have caused a massive spike in the pickle market.

I wanted to bring lunch for my colleagues yesterday so I walked in at 10:30 am and I asked for 15 meals to be ready at 11:40am, the lady told me they need couple of hours to prepare the meals. As I know subway is a fast food restaurant so they shouldn’t refuse my order because it’s “too big”

Worst subway to order online, they accept your order, you are charged and then they cancel your order because they are busy. You will end up going to the store to find out your order is cancelled by restaurent after they accepted it plus you are charged for it
