I'm not sure why the gay guy who served us keeps looking out the window while talking to us. It seems like he does not want to acknowledge or make eye contact with us. I don't know if he is racist but when I came to pick up my coffee, he immediately flipped his head, turning away from me. We also had our coffee to stay but he did not give us coffee mugs. Which again made us feel discriminated as the other customers who were having coffee there to stay had actual coffee mugs and not disposable/to-go cup. Overall, coffee and desserts were good. Service was bad.

We went in on Wednesday the 10th of September for a drink and a snack, while staying in Moose Jaw to visit the tunnels. My Wife and I had the cheese and bacon quiche and my Mum had the vegetable soup. All of which was absolutely delicious. I followed it with a caramel cheesecake which was incredible. I could have eaten more of it all. The atmosphere was relaxing and laid back and the music playing really added to the ambiance. The staff were friendly and welcoming. We will return the next time

WOW!! I walked in and was taken back by this lovely coffee shop. Friendly staff, superb coffees and excellent baked treats. And all the without any pretence that often comes with high end coffee shops.

Great coffee shop and very friendly staff. Bought some of their beans to bring home because the espresso was so fragrant and smooth. Thank you for also clarifying some of the questions that came to mind when our tunnel tour moved through this location! Still can't believe this was all part of a bootlegging network back in the day. Will be back to enjoy this coffee experience again!

Genuinely one of the best atmospheres for a local coffee shop I have ever visited. Not only does the look of the cafe capture you as soon as you walk in, but the service and the people there are the most welcoming and friendly people I have ever met. When you go there be sure to have a chat with the business owner herself because she was an absolute pleasure to talk to, and as an out of towner she made us feel right at home! Personally I run a small business myself and she truly knows the value of making her customers days and it showed very clearly. As someone who loves and appreciates a good cafe stop, this is the most unforgettable experience I’ve had in any coffee shop and I highly recommend anyone in the area to stop here as your next go to coffee stop.

We were the 4 of us here in June of 2025 and the desserts were above n beyond. They were the best and maybe in this order... blueberry cheesecake, carrot cake and maple pecan scone. The poppyseed iffy
