Just because a police officer is willing to be violent with your patrons doesn't mean you should invite them in to do so. This is common sense and that means you all know it. It means I see how guilty you all look when I come back looking for the owner after being threatened by police.
I ordered a coffee and went outside for a cigarette with a friend and I had the police called on me despite not saying or doing anything offensive beyond looking like a homeless person. After years of being a Tim Hortons customer this has been really annoying. It's not the first time they tell people like me to leave despite being peaceful.
If they want to kick someone out for being disrespectful that is one thing. I'll have to find a way to contact the owner to sort this issue out, since its clearly not legal to trespass without a lawful reason.
They have every right to call the police to investigate, but if the police simply threaten to arrest me and don't actually try to find a lawful solution much less investigate they are acting out of disrespect themselves.
I advised the police multiple times to check their video footage to see if I caused any disturbance or if my claim is true that I was simply being forced to leave based on how I appear. Everyone citizen in Canada is required to know that this is against the law. If the employees don't know this then they aren't ready to take a citizenship test. If police officers don't know it they are going around acting like violent criminals with a gun and a badge. This is why Moose Jaw is notorious. It's not just a joke, its the truth.
I am known for being very friendly and always smiling however that means if someone is going to do something bad I am going to take notice and make sure it doesn't continue. If this isn't solved through this I will be compelled to contact the owner and if that doesn't reach a solution I'll have to take legal action against the Tim Hortons which is already struggling financially.
For whoever responds from the restaurant I suggest you look in to the law to discover what rights you have as property managers and what laws you have to follow under the constitution.

This is my favorite store among other Tim Hortons in town now , i found out that they have awesome staffs & they really know what they are doing. I was happy when they offered me the Dinner Deals. Food was really good, fresh vegetables & love the garlic bread.Quick service, plenty of tables to sit and enjoy the ambience.

The food is pretty good and the, drinks are amazing never had a better experience at timmies. Only problem is the destroyed seats swasticas on the tables and n words edged into the tables(do not bring you’re kid here) I didn’t know I’d have to exsplain to kids what that symbol meant please fix this aswell as the service is great I love the young workers especially jack he really makes the exsperiance fun deffenitly recommend this place
