The food is pretty good and the, drinks are amazing never had a better experience at timmies. Only problem is the destroyed seats swasticas on the tables and n words edged into the tables(do not bring you’re kid here) I didn’t know I’d have to exsplain to kids what that symbol meant please fix this aswell as the service is great I love the young workers especially jack he really makes the exsperiance fun deffenitly recommend this place

20 min in the drive thru for the wrong coffee every day it gets a little worse. McDonald’s at least is fast no matter the time of day.

Worst Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to. Was on a trip going through Moose Jaw and had to use a washroom quick. Sign on the bathroom door says to ask a team member to be buzzed in to the washroom. Talked to a staff member and they said it is their policy that you need to buy something first. I have been to other Tim Horton’s all over Saskatchewan and Alberta and this is not a problem. Sure, some just need to be unlocked but you don’t need to buy anything first. Is Tim’s now a franchise with each one having their own rules? Not fair to have to pay at one Tim Horton’s but not at the other.
Was another sign on the front door that they can only open their dining room at 5 due to the vagrancy. Doesn’t make sense because that is everywhere nowadays. Regina is worse but none of this paying beforehand bullshit happens there.

I buy Steeped Tea all the time... it's my bad habit... flatbread pizza is good, craveables are great, and apple fritters are AMAZING!!! The service is incredible and I have never not had a big smile waiting for me!!! Timmies off Saskatchewan in Moose Jaw is by far the best!!!
Great coffee and good food! Usually fast service. Please stop telling customers in the drive threw that we need to check on donut availability. Bake more!

I asked for a Large Blackberry Yuzu Quencher with NO ICE. I got my receipt then asked her to top it up cause she reduced the amount of liquid in the cup because I had NO ICE!!!! She informed me her policy is to do that. I said it wasn't a policy and to top it up. She once again said the same thing. Thier policy at this store is not to fill it up when you don't have ice. I said to top it up. She said she would have to ask her supervisor. She came back and topped it up. Handing it to me she said it was their policy. I said NO ITS NOT A POLICY. It just rips a person off. I have never been treated like this at ANY Tim Horton's! AND to argue with a customer! VERY BAD Customer Service!!! Makes for a VERY BAD name for Tim Horton's!!!!
