I ordered wedges and a cpl iced caps to sit in yesterday. I asked for ranch for dipping with my wedges. When I got it there was ketchup with the wedges. So I asked to please have ranch instead and gave back the ketchup. I was met with a weird reaction and that I'd have to pay for it. Ok fine. 1.10 for a ranch dip to eat my wedges that apparently don't come with dip...I say (after the last 4 times coming through drive through and asking for mayo on my sandwich, paying for said mayo (60 cents) only to have no mayo put on my sandwich) that's expensive, please make sure going forward if you are going to charge people you also give them what they have asked for. I then sit down with my friend to have said items and we are passive aggressively having our feet swept under as we are sitting there!! And then the mop comes, again as we are sitting there... trying to eat!! Absolute worst customer experience ever. Iv never felt bullied somewhere for asking for what I had already asked and assumedly paid for. Especially when I'm being charged and not getting items on a regular basis. The nerve.

I love the Tims on South Hill. The staff is always very friendly and watching them as they fill orders is like watching a dance. They work together so well, always kind and respectful to each other. I've also noticed how kind they are to those less fortunate or disabled, they're treated with the kindness and compassion. The staff is what makes this restaurant and it keeps me and my friends going there.

It's a smaller Timmies, but was clean and well lit. Good location for where we were at, that day. Tim's are pretty much same old thing, it's the staff that make a difference.
Service for a Tim's was ok. I am getting to the point I almost hate going to a Tim's I can not believe that they would charge $1 for cream cheese on a bagel, I was having big issues at 80 cents. At a buck they are only concerned with their profits and not their customers. Not sure if I will go to Tim's again

The worst Tims we have in town. The customer service is subpar and the service is very slow. I went thought he drive-through and the line I took forever while the other side was going much faster. The food quality is not good, we have two more that are much better options than this one
