Went there for a large double double. Got half way across town when I realized they used half hot water! Tastes disgusting and burned my mouth. Lady on phone was super polite and apologized, she was good but drive thru staff needs to stop putting water in coffee when we pay so much for coffee.

Constantly getting burnt coffee. iced, cold brew and hot.. delivery and drive threw. It's happened 8 times in the last month... I've only got coffee here 10 times..... I'm highly un impressed because I know how times works and there shouldn't be burnt coffee... and if there is it's not this much.

Food was fast and correct , I was there at 6 a.m ,the breeze coming out of drive through windows was a sick smelling bad odour person,I almost through up ,almost pucked , although food was correct and fast ,I Will Not Return!!!!!

We went here after a baseball game today. It was busy but they worked well through the rush. My blt was delicious and well made. The girl with the blue in her hair was awesome. The way she interacted positively with her co worker while explaining something was nice to see.

Rushed, inconsiderate, inaccurate. Impolite workers who genuinely look like they don't want to even be there who have no value in customer service. When asked to add a simple item to an order give attitude, and huf and puff about it. Never have I been more disappointed in the service of a tim hortins in my life. Makes me wish there was still a Robin's in town.

Went to the drive thru just to grab 20 Tim Bits and a ceramic coffee cup. The cashier behind the microphone did not understand what I said. I repeated about three times, eventually I told them I would drive up and explain my order. I went to the window and for some reason they still didn't get what I was saying. I ended up having to go inside the store to show them what I had wanted. Inside was very clean and the cashier was very pleasant.
Parking: Lots of parking but there is a clinic on the same compound so if the clinic gets busy parking will be limited
