Just had another delicious meal at Cork & Bone. This Bistro truly is a gem and we are so lucky to have an eating establishment of this calibre in small town Saskatchewan. The menu changes every few months and I’ve never left disappointed. If you haven’t been there yet you definitely need to check it out.

This place is a gem! Yes, you need to reserve a table in Moosomin—sometimes they don’t have room for walk-in guests. The food and service were phenomenal. I’m definitely coming back soon to explore their whole menu. The price is reasonable for the quality and effort put in.

20 hour beef brisket option is it!!! I’ve been across some great brisket and this might top that list.
Found this place by accident but wow we will go back. I had the beef dip for lunch, it was a perfect balance of juicy meat and full of flavour. Bun was sturdy but soft. Au jus was delicious and the fries perfectly cooked. Mom had the cordon bleu sandwich and kept saying how good it was. Found by accident but chosen because of the smoker outside. They have a focused menu for both lunch and dinner. Jarrod was a pleasure to have serve us. Chef knows his way around the kitchen. The Cork & Bone also gets bonus points from me because it is truely wheelchair accessible, not many places in SK are.

Thank you for the most wonderful meal and experience for a family wedding event. Everything was delicious and perfectly prepared and presented, from the fresh baked bread and dip appetizer, to the prime rib meal, and adding to the desserts. The parents of young kids in our group also appreciated the roasted chicken dinners for the kids, and all the attention you gave to the kids so the adults could enjoy the evening. Making the pretty pink drink (lemonade) for the girl in the group was so appreciated, and she hasn't stopped mentioning it. I look forward to coming down to Moosomin again and enjoying a meal at the C&B.

We are on a trip from Pennsylvania USA to Fairbanks Alaska. We have traveled 1,800 miles, to here, and this was by far the best meal we have had !
