These "new" canadians running this place are very cheap! They treat their kind better. Service is rude, cooks are not giving a shit....kfc just is not the same quality. Ordered a triple treat box, greasiest, stale tasting food ever, just thrown in a box, not a pleasure to even look at. I would save your money znd not eat here!

Food is often hot and tastes good. Staff is friendly. Store is decently clean. They are accountable when they mess up. But always check your order before leaving the restaurant. It’s common that an item tends to be made wrong or missing items from your order. We’ve had Pizza Hut orders where we were given completely wrong pizzas, and KFC meals where they either are missing fries or popcorn chicken, or drink. Best to check order before leaving to avoid having to go back to fix order or grab missing items that was already paid for.

This is hands down the best KFC in Canada and the US. Always get fresh hot chicken and fries. It’s made to order. Staff is super friendly and polite and I’ve never seen this restaurant dirty in my years stopping here as we pass through this small Saskatchewan town. It’s worth the stop.

Great menu at drive thru. Friendly customer service. Didn’t need to wait long. I ordered the ten piece bucket with 3 sides. Fries, gravy and coleslaw. Good food!! I recommend stopping by if your driving through Moosomin!

Monday march 18th..Posted hours online says 10pm close I show up at 845pm doors are locked people inside I knock guy opens the door says they close @9pm is says it's 845...we shut down at to clean ...if I closed work 30 mins before I'm supposed to I would get in trouble anybody would right.....

I have order the food for delivery and it supposed to be delivered to me around 8.25pm and it’s 9.20pm ,i was trying to contact kfc canada since 8.30pm theyare not responding my calls, now order status is showing delivered but delivered where? I haven’t got the food and they didn’t delivered the food they are just scamming people you order online for delivery first they will accept your order and then they will mark it as delivered so you won’t get your refund back. Thx kfc you making my day better.

Tried to order a boneless chicken bucket. Had to spend about ten minutes trying to explain to the lady that I did not want a small single serve bucket but a family size one. When I finally got it, there was chicken drumsticks and other bone on chicken. Was upset and when I called back they basically said I got what I ordered and did nothing to try and fix the mistake they made.(Edit) called them back, they said to come back and they would fix it free of charge. Went back, was free yes but it still wasn't what I ordered. Very unimpressed

Showed up at 8:30 pm on a saturday long weekend after a strenous day of fishing. Had my eyes on the diabetic cookie pizza thing. Seen the display for a triple teir pizza box. Not only was it 3 levels of pizza in a box but i was also going to clean out the box after my gluttony filled pizza fest to store my folded socks . I asked for the 3 tier pizza box and they conversed amongst themselves in ching-chong and told me they ran out of pizza dough.... what kinda pizza hut runs out of pizza dough on a saturday night....i called them out on their blatant lie. than another employee told me they only have "frozen pizza" that takes 1 hour to cook. I thought to myself pizza hut better start using ovens instead of cooking their pizza over an open fire out back in the alleyway. I called them out on being lazy and making up excuses after they contradicted themselves over the "fumbling" of excuses. The staff are all in "cohoots" with eachother to do as little as humanly possible but just enough to not get fired and still earn a paycheck.Terrible service, terrible place. Would have probably caught salmonella from the filthy countertop.
