I ordered online and came to pick it up 20 minutes later, but my order hadn't started to be prepared yet. I waited while the salesperson prepared everyone else's order and then started to prepare my order. I order online to save time, not to wait longer. The day before, they didn't put a fork in my order, but I would eat the salad with a fork, not my hands. Very unpleasant experience with UCHIT; he is nasty and lacks communication skills; he needs more instruction on how to greet people. Even the multigrain bread I purchased was too tough to eat—I had to throw out all of it. Bad experience ever.

HORRIBLE STAFF member UCHIT working there, doesnt know how to talk with customers, i asked for a gift card for 7 dollars and he said you are not able to get gift card under 10 dollars, but the rules on the official subway site says minimum 5 dollars, he is telling us to get 10 dollars gift card even we dont want to because we lose the card after use and i punched extra sauce on my online order and they were giving me less i asked for extra sause he comes up and started yelling. ITS NOT MY FIRST TIME, everytime i go there i gets that behaviour from UCHIT, i want THAT GUY TO GET FIRED OUT OF SUBWAY, MADE MY DAY WORSE

My husband and I were passing by and decided to grab a couple of bowls to take with us on the road. We were very pleased with the service and want to say that the tall worker wearing glasses took great care of us and went above and beyond our expectations! Unfortunately, we forgot to ask his name, so a BIG THANK YOU for the wonderful experience!
I got a rice bowl with cheese and chicken. Well, aside from rice and ranch dressing, there was a sprinkle of cheese and barely any chicken. At the price I paid, I'd have gotten more food for less money at a nice sit down restaurant. I don't know how this location stays in business the way it takes advantage of its clients. Subway should take a better look at its franchisees. Avoid this location.

Just passing through and stopping for lunch. I've been to other subways where the owner barely puts anything in the sandwich, but this one takes the cake. The entire sandwich, including steak, bread, and all options except pickles, was barely an inch thick. When I asked if they could put more on the employees just stared at me. A sandwich and a salad, for $30? Shame Subway! Get your chains to do better and stop ripping off patrons. 👎👎

I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway location. The produce quality was poor, and the staff showed no effort in making a decent sandwich. They often spoke to each other in another language, which, based on their tone, seemed unprofessional, yet they appeared very perturbed when we spoke amongst ourselves in a language other than English. Additionally, the place was not at all clean and has deteriorated significantly since I last visited years ago, possibly under different management. It seems like Subway locations across Canada are rapidly going downhill.
