Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Ordered a medium dipped strawberry cheesecake blizzard. Worker spilled some of my blizzard when they were in a rush to bring it to the counter, they proceeded to scoop up the spilled ice cream with a napkin and put it back into the cup. It seems like this place prioritizes speed over quality. Very disappointing.

Over $6 for a small blizzard and almost no topping in it, almost juat straight ice cream. Will never return

They are ripping customers off and charging for drinks in meals. Their food is also becoming significantly worse since the new owners took over. Their portions have also been more then halved since the new owners. So AVOID!

For a fast food restaurant, this place is actually pretty nice—even after the management changed. It’s relatively cheap, and has excellent service. Lots of good memories with the place. Drive through is moderately efficient, the parking lot isn’t greatest, and the revision for the exterior wasn’t the best, but it’s still really pleasant.

My wife and I shared an ice cream and with in 20 minutes of each other we both got sick.

Good food and great deals

Nothing special at this DQ. The service was mediocre at best. I had the 4 chicken strips meal. Taste was good but the portion was very small. Usually I love DQ fries but these ones were just bland. Not many choices for fountain drinks either. Tables were sticky and garbage was full.

Since the new owners took over many mistakes are made with drive through orders even when it is not busy. Examples: order a large sundae get a small one, order a drink get the wrong flavor or size, order a meal or basket and get the wrong one or some of your meal is missing. Drive through service had been painfully slow, now it is better. Always check your meals before leaving.

Everything was cold except the drink, it was warm. Terrible food, tasted like should have been tossed in the garbage months ago absolutely terrible food
