Reopened after many months of being Closed.
Found their Buffet to have more of a selection than Sunrise Cafe but I agree that it has a Calm & Soothing Atmosphere with better Decoration. The quality of Food was about the same as Sunrise Cafe imo.
Service was a bit slow.
Served Yaki Fried Udon as Chow Mein but Welcome Cafe also sold Chow Mein with Udon Noodles so I guess there must be a Supply Shortage of proper Chow Mein Noodles. Has a Fried Shrimp with Chips in a similar concept as Fish & Chips that I had never seen done before on an Oriental Buffet. I tried it and found that it worked very well.
