The brisket was great, and the options for sides are all good. Prices are very fair for the quality of food and the staff are good about getting you in even if it's full. With how busy it is, the door was opening often and the dining area would get quite cold but that's hard to avoid. 8/10 would recommend to anybody that likes smoked meat.

We hadn’t been to the Dam Smokehouse for about a year. We travelled over an hour to get there and were definitely looking forward to it! Unfortunately we were disappointed. Not sure if they had heat on in the place as it was freezing cold, the servers acted like none of them wanted to be there, and the food was alright but nothing compared to what it used to be. Definitely won’t be making the trip back out here anytime soon.

Had the brisket smash burger with sweet potato fries. Burger could use sour pickle to help cut down on the briskets savoriness or some lettuce / tomato. Also had a half order of ribs as a starter. They were delicious. Meat fell off the bone and weren't overpowering.

Best BBQ I've had in a long time. Great pit master no doubt. Drinks were classic and well executed. However, I wish the drink menu shared the creativity of the food but that's me stretching.(Not a critique of the drinks I happily drank my jackass)
