they say they’re 24hrs but only serve half of the menu (and they’re always “sold out” of the only products they can sell at night). went at 11:35pm and wanted to get a wrap. was told they’re out of wraps AND bowls. that’s the entire night menu

We just ordered 2 roast beef craveables ( 1 without sauce ) and 2 chicken noodle soup. We got both sandwiches without sauce and 2 dishes of chili and only 1 spoon. Come on guys ....get it right. Why can't you get the order RIGHT. ?
WORST TIM EVER EVEN IN CANADA - I have been to at least one tim from all provinces in Canada - This one has worst service .It’s 10 am they are always around of pastries- either they don’t have Jalapeño Pastry or are out of Caramelised onion( Today) . I have been drinking same ice coffee since 3 years now, I suppose filling it 5 mark i just a norm. This is what they gave me this even charging me extra. I asked can u please at least fill it till 5- girl MANDEEP KAUR replied that what u only get without ice. More over, never putting napkins without asking in the bag. Dealing with customer problems is just a basic etiquette in every food chain - but it seems like employees don’t care. Being a store manger for 2 years in food chain in last, I am pretty familiar that Automated drink machines still fill it till full not matter No, less or normal ice. GROW UP PLZ.☺️

Had to wait in line; they were extremely busy; hard to get table, so crowded: you can take that as a negative, but it says something about their popularity in town; no problem in finding them: just follow the line-up from the hiway!
