They don't offer everything Tim Hortons franchise offers. "All day" breakfast ends before 1800. They fight when you request a sleeve. Too many workers are new comers who don't know English. More new comers than Canadians. Tap to pay almost never works, rarely. "We don't control the app."... no kidding. Escalate it up. That's your role on the front line. They just pass the buck. They can be rude / disrespectful but will get utterly defensive when you call them out on it. Don't interrupt when they are cleaning. They get put out. Drive thru is always priority. Never eyes on the front counter.
Some Individual workers are absolutely fantastic and deserve all of the recognition. Very unmotivated restaurant staff otherwise.

we waited unusually long to be acknowledged and served, but the young girl who was asked to stop sweeping by the other two older workers in the back (who were both working the drive through window for some reason?) she was nice. however, the two older workers (an adult male and an older woman) started arguing with her and accusing her of stealing their order — which was blatantly wrong, as my aunt watched her prepare our drinks. they did this very loudly and in front of customers, which made me feel bad for the young girl as they both continued to talk loudly about her ‘stealing their order’. this was about 8-8:15pm, july 5th. not a good look. i feel bad for the young girl, because if the work environment is that bad to work in with customers present, i can’t imagine what it’s like when nobody is around.

IMO this location recently really improved and offers one of the best fast food transactions in town. The new menu has variety, food is delicious (always fresh and loaded with extra bacon it seems haha) and service along the way has been smooth and reliable!

Walked in to get lunch. There seemed to be tension amongst the staff. The sandwich was fresh & good. It wasn't that busy so it just seemed that the way everyone seemed focused on something they didn't want to interact with customers. I don't know another way to put it.
