Very consistent food. The food is tasty and a great price for the value. The only reason atmosphere was less stars is because they're always very busy in there so sometimes when you go in you aren't greeted very quickly but it's not terribly long to wait ever. Terrible service, called to have a bunch of pizza delivered for a staff meeting. We told them that the address on google is incorrect for our business, our business is right in the middle of town and gave them several landmarks of other businesses to find the location although it is a very central location with very heavy signage. The driver called 3 times all 3 times at the wrong location, one of which is right behind our building and our building has a huge sign on the back our name as well as a large sign that stands very high. Called the family pizza store and they said they would give a discount for being nearly 30 minutes over due. Did not give the discount, food was cold. The wings were covered in pepper and not edible at all and no ranch was sent with them as requested. Spent over 100$ and received less then desirable food. We USED to get family pizza for all our staff meetings but after today we will most likely look else where. Do not recommend

I was recommended to this place and the first time I ordered for pizzas I ordered were well over cooked. The delivery guy didn’t even have the pizzas in a bag just had them in his hand and I don’t like cold burnt food. I ordered a couple days later thought I would try the pasta since it was cheap pasta night. That was a mistake. First, their photos of the pasta isn’t anything like what they send you. The photos are big delicious looking but what I got was two half inch tins and once again it was burnt, both orders. They will not get my business again.
