Had a prob with the app for that particular restaurant . Went inside restaurant ask for manager to get assistance. The person they sent over lied about being the manager and proceeded to waste my time for 15 minutes. Pretended to know how to fix app and just wasted my time. When I asked to override the app she went to the back and then had to call the real manager out front to try and help me. When I asked why the first one was introduced and confirmed as a manager they both had a dumb look on their face caught in a lie. I guess the real manager didn't want to waste time with customers an instructed staff to lie whenever possible. When I suggested that's what they did they still both have the dumb look on their face and couldn't deny. Not the kind of customer service the owner should be proud of.

Ordered drive through and was told to pull ahead and park. Had to go in and get food and they got order wrong. I said what I ordered and they told me no they would know if I ordered that and I was wrong. Made me pay extras to get what I actually ordered. Will never go back Price is so high to for what you get

So today morning I came from Saskatoon with my family so we went there for breakfast. What happened was firstly I don't like the customer service, secondly my kids wanted to eat inside but the tables wasn't clean at all still we manage to sit and then they take more than enough time to prepare our breakfast meal even though it wasn't seems busy. Then I went to washroom it's wasn't clean also. That is why the overall experience for me and my family was not great at all.
