As for the food it was not the best but definitely beats almost every fast food place . Sometime the English muffin is a little burnt or the bacon a bit too crunchy. The coffee is the best in the city, and the service we receive is astounding those girls work hard and are so friendly. We go their 5 time a week with the coffee crew from work, we even eat their with the family. One of out first picks when it's come to a fast food place. Thank you for doing a good job ? Location is 100th street across from McDonald's near the Co op.Kid-friendliness: Quiet calm space for the little ones which is appreciated, lots of room.

Went and got food to go on a four hr drive home, was 20 min out of town, went to eat my sandwich and not even two bits in there was hair in my food, not just one strand but 4. I was absolutely disgusted, I had to throw my food out. Never will go here again…

Gross over greased food Bad service. Didn't get what I ordered at all left 80% still on plate and whent to Mc Donald's to get food and got more for my dollar
Pretty simple we just went through the drive thru. Food good coffee good. Had a bit of a wait.

Way too hot.. No AC?It seemed to be very hot after being there a while. I didn't realize how hot until we left. It was 27 outside and that was much cooler than inside. Should have got thing to go and ate in the car with the windowd open, it would have been more comfortable.

Food was burnt & slow service. waited 5 minutes in the drive through even when I was the only one in line, the lady took her sweet old selfish time to finally come to the window, this A&W is ran by rude Indians who seem to not care about customer service.
