Boston Pizza

Food was awesome and fresh, very friendly staff. Floor was a little dirty but it was around 9 30ish pm we were in there all in all good place to go to!

I always love going here with my kids. The service is always amazing and the food is always good.

Pizza was awful, thin greasy and hardly any cheese looked horrible didnt take the leftovers with us . Salad was soggy and gross looking.the waitress convinced us to change our order to some deal to save money but felt kind of ripped off with the tiny amounts and poor quality of food.
We were offered a free pizza but why would anyone want more bad food.

The waitress was very friendly and attentive. Food was quick coming out and fabulous. Very clean restaurant. All around great visit.

Food is ok. Service is slow and often not asked about refills on drinks.

After eating here many times in the past, stopped on trip up the Yellowhead. Was expecting restaurant to be busy (12 noon) but was less than 1/2 full. Waited to be seated tor almost 10 minutes with not even a acknowledgement by the two wait staff that were moving around the seating area (yes, they saw us but not even a nod). Couple behind us walked out after 5 min, we waitedd a few more min and finally did the same. Another nearby restaurant had us seated in less than a minute from walking in the door. BP North Battleford is permanently off my restaurant list when travelling.

Shyt service.

Food was tasty, service was okay, pop was flat

It took 50 minutes to bring the order.

Very busy place, noise had a hard time talking.

Originally I’m from Calgary and I expect quality service. I have never had such a hard time dealing with staff- I had to explain how to in put bugs and cheese adult size that I have ordered multiple times in the past. It felt like they had no understanding. I contacted another BPS and provided them instructions how to input it- they wouldn’t they told me to just do it online. I called for reason.
I never ended up getting what I got- nor did they call me to say sorry, that won’t actually work when they told me to do it online. But okay.. I would just prefer to head back to USA for quality customer service that I actually look forward to.

Secondly, my spinach dip with bread was crisp that you could barely bite through it. It was so bad that my 3 year old said, “this is gross” and she eats everything. It was terrible.

Thirdly, when I ordered the delivery driver called to confirm my address when I have already written down. No need to confirm and also I told you I paid for it- and have receipt. Don’t try to demand me to pay again. You should know it’s paid for.

The pasta Alfredo the sauce was absorbed and bland that none of my kids wanted to eat it.

In the end- there’s no way I would eat this.
The garbage can enjoyed the meal.

So next time- don’t go to BPS in North Battleford

My daughter was there friday for a volleyball tournament with her team and the team came to Boston pizza.. it took them way too long to take orders and when they did the food didn't come out for a half hour.. the food took well o er an hour. We are talking about 16 and 17 year old girls who traveled far to be there.. anyway when her pasta came it was cold and not even a full serving and it tasted gross.. the others didn't like the burgers or the pizza.. so she says $25 for half a pasta that was cold gross not worth $5... don't bother going there....

Great place to take the whole family

I dined in with a group of friends.We enjoyed the lively environment.The atmosphere is vibrant and welcoming.
