We didn't actually make it into the building, their sign said OPEN, but we were told it was CLOSED and sent out, but there were still people in there with lots of room available, and online information said they were still OPEN, if it was private party situation that's fine, just turn off the sign.

Been there many times for meals and karaoke. But the bar tender that works at night very rude . One night got there before 10 Friday night . I needed to get something to eat now because sugar was low . Bartender no help pushy . So I tryed telling him I need something sweet . . He didn’t care . So walked to a&w just to get a burger and yes I know I should have not bring food from other places in but I went right outside on the balcony and he came being a dick . After being there supporting them . For many years . I may not come back because bartender was a dick that night . I could see why they not very busy n weekends .

We have been working in the area for many weeks. The Tuesday Wing special and Cheese Burger on Wednesday are great value; both in quality and price. NOTE that this is in the lounge not the dining room.
Food was very good, but service wasn’t the greatest. Had to keep asking for refills even though half the time the waitress was hard to find, my whole table sat through our meal with empty drinks. Didn’t ask how the food was or if my partner wanted more (it was all you can eat shrimp & fish.) And when he did get more it came after the rest of us had finished our meals. Bathroom did not have a changing table for my baby, I had to go out to my vehicle just to change her. And the waitress placed us under a vent so our food got cold fast. It’s unfortunate as the food was good but the rest of the experience takes away from that.
Kid-friendliness: No changing tables in the washrooms for parents with infants.

Older, tired & dated building in need of a makeover. Parking isn't great - there are spots, but the lot isn't laid out well. Inside the restaurant was shades of dark brown, somewhat unappealing. Men's washroom smelled ok, however corners, walls and ceiling needed serious cleaning to remove water marks from spills, etc. Women's washroom was much cleaner according to my spouse. Serving staff were polite but not helpful or attentive. We only saw them 4 times - to take order, drop off drinks then food, finally to pay the bill. Minimal conversation and no checking in to ask how the food was, if we needed drink refills, etc. The menu was quite good - lots of selection. We both ordered from the Vietnamese section. Both meals were fantastic, very tasty, lots of food.
Parking: Wierd parking lot layout, difficult to tell where it is ok to park and where not to.
