I ordered through doordash, I received my food, which was good, I noticed they sent the wrong drinks and forgot my dips for the food that we had ordered, I didn't have a mode of transportation so I called the restaurant, and experienced some of the worst customer service I have had in years. The woman working answered the phone, I explained the situation, then she proceeded to tell me she had told the doordash driver to text me before leaving the restaurant, about said issue. I asked the worker "so you are telling me you knew the order wasn't correct before sending the food out?" All the workers replied with was "I am not going to argue with you" she couldn't understand the issue what so ever. Then told me I had to contact doordash to have the issue resolved... I then asked her how the restaurant screwing up the order, was doordashes issue? She then told me, again, that it was a doordash problem. Then proceeded to hang up on me, then ignore the phone from there on. It could be an honest mistake, but the problem is, the disrespect and lack of accountability. Human error happens, to try to pass the blame to the delivery company was an absolute joke, over something that could have been easily resolved. To the women with horrible customer service that I received today, I hope you see this review and can learn from your horrible unprofessional attitude and way of handling a customer issue. It was pathetic and disrespectful the way I was spoken to and hung up on, over simply trying to find a solution to receive what I paid for. Unfortunately she refused to give me her name or I would have called her out personally, when you see this review ma'am, just know you single handedly made the restaurant look foolish. Props to you, for being the worst at handling an issue in the food industry in the battlefords. ??

Very disappointed in this kfc, 2 preice chicken meals I received 2 small wings and smallest fries the bathrooms are very dirty,walls in tge bathroom stalls and the floors,corners haven't been cleaned for awhile,will not go to thus kfc again. So dirty!!! And food portion poor for price!! I took my clients and not impressed

This place is great. Had the good old zinger, and it was scrumptious. Sat in with a bud, crushed some chicken together, had a good time. Stood up to leave and uh oh... What is happening to me? Am I becoming a werewolf? No, not at all. I'm just in dire need for a bathroom. I wouldn't ask for a different KFC experience. Never change. I'd sure appreciate one of them Colonel Sanders shirts though. They say "chicken is the universal language" and I think that's accurate.

Very disappointed in the portion of food for the price I paid. For $11.99 all I got was small fries, 2 pcs of chicken tenders and a drink. This compared to not too long ago when for $7.99 you also got a biscuit and a cookie. The chicken pieces seem much smaller than they used to as well. You certainly don't get your money's worth anymore.

Kfc.. isn't good anymore haven't ate there in a long time and I was craving it, just to have it NOT TASTE good at all! What happened to the kernels recipe?And they even changed the fries nothing about kfc is kfc anymore. Pretty sad.

Got a popcorn poutine today asked for extra cheese had no cheese on it took it back got it back with no popcorn chicken in it poor work ethic and should pay more
We just gotten two meals, both hot, fresh, delicious and well made. The fries and gravy are tier one! So grateful you came to our city!

We ordered the 12pc. chicken, fries and gravy.We received: 6 drumsticks, 4 thighs/backs, 1 wing and 1 keel. Basically, the cheaper pieces and were very greasy. At the bottom of the bucket, I poured out at least 1/4 cup of oil. Unacceptable, if this is what they are willing to give customers. I question the management and workmanship of staff. That's it. I will not pay my hard earned cash for this disgrace!!!

Ordered supper Saturday night at 6:30 off the app paid for it with credit card got an email saying to pick up at 6:54, went there and they were closed, I’m done with them they can’t ever get it right I’m not sure how this can happen but have a serious problem with management
