Passing through while travelling. Used the restroom and picked up a breakfast sandwich. The restrooms were dirty and my order while correct did not taste very good. The girl working at the counter got my order and another’s confused, if I hadn’t checked my order prior to leaving I would have ended up with the wrong order.

The order: Sausage McMuffin, chicken McGriddle, Sausage McGriddle, and a hashbrown with ketchup.
Didn't get ketchup. No egg or cheese on the Chicken McGriddle. No egg or cheese on the McMuffin.
The egg was repeated upon confirmation at the time of ordering.
This is unacceptable. This is not customer service or quality.
