Did a order online. Got everything wrong bread tasted like was a year old also meat was hard didn't taste normal. Will never be back ever again!

I just went to get a sandwich that I usually order and I literally had to tell the people how to make it so it turned out the way ALLWAYS normally do it! They were not thinking. NORMALLY GOOD SERVICE, but not today!!!

Not as good as I remembered them to be. There use to be more meat on them 2 more slices of cheese. I asked for olives, green peppers, red onions & hot peppers. Wow you could hardly see or taste them.
Subway i have to find another place to eat not the same.

The staff needs retraining on hygiene. Walked in to one girl chewing her nails I had to ask her to wash her hand before making our food. She handed us off to another girl who was just on her phone I also had to ask her to wash her hands before touching the sandwich. Then to top it off the third girl just finished at the till with another customer and didn’t change her gloves to box some cookies.

Amilda received a tip then didn't have me a bag, when I asked for one she made me bag my own food and then I asked her if she could write on the sub which one was which and she pointed at a sharpie and told me to do it myself.

Got into subway with my boyfriend, had to repeat myself the whole time I was there, I wasn’t rude or to quite. The short coloured female kept asking me to repeat myself when I’m speaking very clear, and game me dirty looks the whole time and then the coloured male that was dumped salt and pepper on my sub!

Barely had any veggies to put on any sandwiches, laziness

Bathroom was out of order. When staff cleaned up a dirty table it was not wiped or sanitized. Just brushed off with hand.

GROSS! Tonight (Saturday)at a little after 8 pm, I was about to walk in when I saw one of the female workers pick up a knife off the floor, the knife they use to cut bread with. No wiping it clean or replacing it. I wanted to see what they would do the customers who walked in. They used that knife to cut the customers sandwiches. I just walked away disgusted, very. I will never go back here ever again. Imagine what else is filthy.

Went there to grab sub on 14 august at 4:30 pm . Employee working there a Punjabi Girl was super rude with us and denied to grill our sub and argued back that manager denied to grill subs if customer getting lots of topping. This is the first time I have ever heard that in Canada . Would never recommend this place to anyone if management is not considering customer service at their restaurant.
