The girl on the front counter ignored me when I was asking for DoorDash order and continually doing cleaning then the girl came from backside and gave me order and And that’s not my responsibility to take the drinks for DoorDash they need to come outside to take the drinks and make the whole order.

My son and I walked in the store and he said hi to the worker, and she didn’t even acknowledge him. I wish we left then because they didn’t even wrap his sub correctly!! Never coming back here-the service was terrible. I can’t believe a grown women was so rude to a child. Shame on that women.

Toaster oven wasn’t working- lettuce dangerously old, already brown and wilted. The sandwich artist who made the sandwich added mustard in such an aggressive fashion that a huge dollop (ridiculous amount) exceedingly dripped from out the side of the bun. From there (waiting to see what would happen next), my sandwich was passed along to the second sub- artist who pretended not notice the mustard pouring out the side. She began wrapping (mushing) the sandwich into a huge wet mess. Wish I took a picture, but didn’t. If you don’t want to feel taken; avoid this subway location. ?

We were hungry and after the workshop we decided to take that little hop on the subway.I ordered smoked chicken with creamchease, my favorite, and I also ordered hers. But I was disappointed, not with the snack, it was a flavor! The bathroom, someone was already in the bathroom, people for God's sake, my friend ygona moura, a state teacher from São Paulo, urgently needed to use the bathroom. Luckily, a lady, who was also in the establishment, gave up one of her old mother's pots.Look, an extra bathroom would help.Great snack was a day to remember.
