Terrible experience. Every time i am asking for no ice or light ice for drinks they always fill the cup with ice upto the top . Will never visit this place and recommend everyone as well not to go there .

I went through the drive thru tonight and had the most refreshing and upbeat experience. The people running the window seemed so happy to be at work and had big smiles on their faces. It was a very positive and rare experience compared to other fast food places these days!

Worst service ever. I had two survey codes and they told me that u can use only one and for another ice coffee I would have to pay the full amount. They do not even know that we can use as many survey codes as many we want . Employees are very rude .I would not come again .

Ordered a large steak and cheese sandwich and a chicken wrap, I was charged $15.52. The cashier asked if I wanted regular or large. I specified. When I got my order it was a regular. When I went back and asked, he said it was a mistake that he asked the question and that they only have regular. So I asked if they over charged me and in a condescending tone said no. Which was a lie, as the prices were above his head. I will not return to this location and I Recommend that you dont either if they find it okay to lie to your face and screw you out of your money.

There were 2 flies hanging on inside the pastries partition , i have informed the stuff and they didn’t do anything and after 5 mints the amounts of the flies inside the pastries partition increased to 3 🙂

Ordered a Steak and Cheddar, Supreme Stack and a quencher. Both sandwiches were burnt. One to a crisp. It's very obvious when you're assembling a sandwich that it's burnt. Why even give it to a customer like that. If you wouldn't eat it like that you shouldn't be giving it to a customer. Unfortunately we were already on the road and no time to turn around, but I think that's what you are banking on when you send garbage like that out the door. Employee was kind, but I can't give more than 1 star for service because of his choice to send the food out the door like that.
