At best for 2025 this location has gotten my order correct maybe 50% of the time. 1st time at drive thru today in about 3 months, and again order missing what was paid for. The vehicle ahead of me in the drive thru also had wrong order, but noticed before driving off. I should have checked mine, but was in a hurry. That's my fault for wanting to keep the line moving. So far this year I have received half cups of coffee, cold coffee, tea when ordering coffee, no meat or toppings only bread for sandwich, refrigerator cold sausage on breakfast sandwiches, wrong orders, and completely missing items ordered (#1 consistent error). The best of us can make mistakes once in a while, but this happens far to often to be overlooked anymore. Sorry, I won't be back.

Everytime you order a London fog or latte at Tim Hortons on territorial the machine is almost always BROKEN , winter is here please, please fix it!!! However staff is great!

Great vibes. I wish that the bacon was crispy as an option.
Crispy hash browns would be nice.
Hot oats cereal available as you once had would be nice too.

Totally Garbage FOOD 🥭 totally Garbage Service total total total nonsense people working on the drive-through. They don’t know how to take the order. This is four or 3to 4 time happen with me. I don’t get my proper order. I pay full money and you know when I call back complaint to the manager OK you come back we will give you other one why people go back wasting time and go and back doesn’t make any kind of sense nonsense staff work there many time happens stupid people I really don’t like two people recommend this this location. Please don’t go there. The manager is really speak rough when I complain this is third time happen. I don’t know why they put untrained people there. Owner doesn’t care because they making money they don’t care the customer people coming go there struggling with order. This is a third time happened with me. I don’t know it’s me or somebody else. Also yesterday I ordered there is no sausage in the bagel only bacon and some salad that’s all and I don’t ask any bacon. I ask sausage with egg bagel. That’s all I see on the screen totally Garbage people work there. Totally food is not good. Hash is soggy. You can try many time they make overload food. They don’t make fresh food. They make too much food because maybe high volume that’s why and people not get fresh food garbage food I really don’t like to recommend to go back there anymore.

I had to return omelette bites because they were still runny in the middle. The worker had to get the manager and neither asked me what was wrong with the order. After my refund I asked the manager if he was interested in what was wrong and he reluctantly obliged. I told him they were still runny in the middle and he told me they were supposed to be that way. I told him I had ordered them from many other locations and never encountered them undercooked. The guy wanted to argue with me in the drive thru and I don't think I've encountered anyone less capable of following his own point. I consider this the fault of the owner for giving responsibility to someone so inept at reasoning. This is not the first time this location couldn't handle a simple problem. I would have left my complaint in their online survey except you need a receipt and i wasn't given one. Was that a bug or a feature? This owner is either inept or doesn't care.

As a former employee, I'm always a bit harsher on my critiques of Tim Horton's restaurants, but I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this location. They're fast, friendly, and have never gotten my order wrong. The products always look amazing, and everything is kept wonderfully clean - behind and in front of the counter. Brilliant job, all!

Used to spend $30 a day here. employee refused to put to small turkey bacon clubs together to make a large since they didn't have large buns. Guess I'll go.somewhere else for lunch everyday. I thought a business wanted to make money. I wonder how much business your employees turn away.
