I recently visited this restaurant for the first time with my husband, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing.
We ordered a combo meal that came with fried rice, but no spoon was provided. Since the staff never came by to check on our table, I couldn’t even ask for one and ended up eating with the tiny tea/soup spoon that was already on the table. On top of that, the staff seemed very attentive to the local customers—asking them if they wanted more coffee or checking on their table—while we were never approached even once. I finished my water but couldn’t get a refill because no one came by at all.
While eating, I also found a piece of French fry in my food, even though I never ordered any fries. That was quite concerning.
Another issue was the “special menu.” As first-time customers, we didn’t even know there was a special menu posted outside because it wasn’t written anywhere on the menu we were given. Meanwhile, the local customers all seemed to know about it and were ordering much cheaper options. It would have been nice if the staff had at least mentioned it, especially since it was our first time there.
Overall, the service felt very inconsistent, almost as if regular local customers were treated differently from newcomers. I honestly wondered at one point if we were being treated differently because we weren’t locals.
I really hope the restaurant improves its service so that all customers feel equally welcomed.

I didn't realize this was an Asian restaurant. More expensive than others around the province, but the food wasn't as good. The portions are large. I got noodles, too many noodles... The fish and chips weren't good either. This is the first time that I'm really disappointed in the food at a restaurant.

Personal experience, they didn’t convince me to go another time. The food came fast, but my burger taste like was those frozen patties from coop 12 for 15$, fries was good. Pictures on the web from the dining area and actually in is really different.. outdated, to go to washrooms is very dark, bathroom aren’t clean at all( McDonald’s are cleaner) And the server was busy to have dinner at a guest table, I waited almost 15 minutes to get the bill.. I stand up twice and put my hand up many times before she comes to see me. My kids said was ok. No kids menu ( if was she didn’t offer it)so my 9 year old was ordering an adult meal
