“We stayed in the hotel - it was very quaint and a great experience. I enjoyed the family photos on the walls and the homey feel of the place. The town itself has some really nice old buildings, including two teacherages that were moved there, as well as a lovely old church. Was sad to learn that the old store is being torn down as it’s a lovely building as well. Hope to go back and visit the museum some time. The quietness of the town as night was a unique experience of its own. The only loud place in town was the bar and it was all light-hearted, friendly noise. Very close to Meeting Lake, as well.”
