I recently visited a Barburrito store for a wrap, and unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience. One of the employees seemed disinterested and unhelpful, which made the visit unpleasant.
I ask them to use a parchment paper Instead of being accommodating, I was charged extra for this simple dietary necessity. I understand there may be additional costs for specific ingredients, but the lack of empathy and clarity about the charge left a bad impression. moreover I ask him to put guacamole but he charged me for 2x guacamole that’s unacceptable.
I expected better service and consideration, especially when dealing with dietary restrictions. This experience has made me hesitant to return. Just because of some employee you guys are losing the whole reputation of Barbarrito.

I visit a lot of times and there is guy who makes my burrito couple of times he is so rude and he doesn’t know how to give face expression, he is a customer representative and he doesn’t know how to be good in front of customers, I don’t know what kind of attitude is this

I have no idea what happened here, but I've ordered many a burrito from this place before, and there's usually no issue, and it's great food. I ordered what I thought was green peppers but got jalapeños instead. So unless I'm misunderstanding what their definition of green peppers is, I will avoid this location with sadness in my heart because I cannot trust that my mouth will not be obliterated in the depth of jalapeño fiery hell.

However, upon receiving my order, I was disappointed to find that the lid was not properly sealed, resulting in spillage onto the floor. Despite my specific instructions for additional sauce, the bowl was disappointingly dry.
It's disheartening to pay for a meal only to receive less than what was expected. Attention to detail and adherence to customer requests are essential in ensuring a positive dining experience. I hope for improved quality control in the future to prevent similar incidents

I would not recommend this store by any means, I ordered a Large burrito and what i get is unacceptable. I got a size of regular burrito (inside stuffing rice, beans .etc). I would rather go to south location but not here.
This has been the most gross experience while buying food from this restaurant, we ordered 2 cinnamon churros and they were full with mold and old ? they were just deep fried and given to us like that!!I am Mexican and I know what a churro is and that is not a churro!We have bought churros in Saskatoon and they have been great but this time in Regina they were gross so I will never go back there again!! ??

Ok I love spicy food. It can be rich in flavor and delicious. But the only thing the Signature Hot Sauce has going for it is an unpleasant, chemical-like, tatelessl burn. It absolutely ruined what was, otherwise, a mediocre taco. Whoever came up with this tasteless and unedible excuse for hot sauce should be fired. In fact, the only thing that redeemed my visit was the extremely pleasant server who tried to talk me out of putting the sauce on my taco. I should have listened to her, or better yet, just left.

We had eaten at a barBurrito in Salmon Arm that was awesome. The one in Regina was terrible. The bowls were filled about a third full, and when I asked for more corn, I got about 3 more kernels. The server appeared grumpy and bothered because we were customers at this restaurant. We will never go back!

. So tired of thoughtlessness/carelessness. Ordered a child’s chicken quesadilla along with 5 other meals they wrapped up an entirely burnt to a crisp tortilla and boxed it up. Got so mad that we drove all the way back and the line was out the door. We ended up not waiting as we had a meeting to get to. UPDATE:Owner reached out and made it right. Did the right thing.

Drink missed on delivery. When phoned they wanted me to drive and pick it up myself. After going through two staff members with no solution, I asked for a refund. They advised that it was not practical. Unreal.
