I was very disappointed with their website. Very stupid website. Why would your website accept orders placed at 8:47 open till 9:30 but then pushes it to next day pickup. I would someone place an order a night before. I called at 8:47 guy said they are open till 9:30. So I ordered online and went to store for pickup. Then I came to know that just because I ordered online after 8 pm they freakin stupid website pushed my order to next morning. Guess what? They cant cancel it from their side. I had to call my bank they cancelled my card and advised me to wait for few days until this gets posted. I will be travelling back home without cards. However owner called me monday and assisted with this problem. He took time to listen my side and assured that they are going to have their website updated to avoid future conflicts and refunded my charges. I showed my concern and he understood the situation very well. I believe this is the bond we need between customers and owners to understand and cooperate.

Came here for the first time today during the bro-ritto promotion. Very reasonable price for a huge volume of food. Glad to have this chain in Regina. The staff was friendly, the food was delicious and the restaurant was clean.
I come here for lunch almost every day — the service is usually great and the food always tastes fresh and delicious. However, I had a disappointing experience yesterday. The staff member who was working was extremely rude. When I mentioned which sauces I wanted, he abruptly told me that “BBox is already discounted, you can’t get anymore,” without any courtesy or explanation. The overall customer service from him was poor and unwelcoming. I’ll try to avoid visiting this location if he’s the one working.

Burrito of the day is reasonably priced, very filling, and delicious. I always go with the signature hot sauce. I love spicy food, and when places say its spicey I'm usually underwhelmed. The signature hotsauce doesnt disappoint. Be careful a little goes a long way. My wife and kids choose the non spicey sauces, and I'm told they are great.

I recently visited a Barburrito store for a wrap, and unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience. One of the employees seemed disinterested and unhelpful, which made the visit unpleasant.
I ask them to use a parchment paper Instead of being accommodating, I was charged extra for this simple dietary necessity. I understand there may be additional costs for specific ingredients, but the lack of empathy and clarity about the charge left a bad impression. moreover I ask him to put guacamole but he charged me for 2x guacamole that’s unacceptable.
I expected better service and consideration, especially when dealing with dietary restrictions. This experience has made me hesitant to return. Just because of some employee you guys are losing the whole reputation of Barbarrito.
