It’s a Burger King. Either you love it or hate it. My wife hates it. So I enjoy a burger here once or twice a year by myself. Had a Bacon King. Wasn’t a bad choice. I prefer it over a Whopper.

I ordered the roadhouse burger which includes onion rings on the burger and when I got home there was not a single onion ring and I was still charges for the roadhouse burger when it really was just a bacon cheeseburger, mozzarella sticks were cold and just not appetizing

Food was ready and already on the warmer.My burger stayed on the warmer for 15 minutes and it turned soggy.Then finally after reminding them that I have been waiting for my order the girl put the burger and fries in the bag.Please serve your customers in order the order was received,otherwise you end up losing track amd the customers have to eat your soggy burger at the end.You need people to expedite the food and not just let it sit there on the warmer.FYI I used to work for BK.

I ordered chicken fries two times in drive through. I got it in 1 minute really fast but the fries are cold af. They should change the service. Give it up warm people.
Incredibly disappointed with the Hershey pies I got. They were room temperature which is disgusting for that kind of cake. At least put these in a fridge before serving
